Every one there was very nice. But I am allergic to penicillin. And it's stated on my information and I told them verbally as well. But I was prescribed a medicine with a low percentage of penicillin. And it caused a break out as bad as the original infection.

Before this place was nextcare it had better staff. They say they are urgent care but they are running this place just like doctors office.

Waited an hour after my scheduled appointment to be escorted to the exam room. Arrived early and no mention was made of pending delays in being seen. At 30 minutes past my appointment time, I Watched 3 walk ins and a person with a later appointment time be served. After in the room, with vitals taken ,I was left an additional 20 minutes waiting for the doctor. At an hour and 25 minutes after my appointment time, I got up to leave. I was stopped at the front desk and at 13:45 finally was treated for a 12:00 appointment.  Spoke with clinic manager at 2:00pm, relayed my concerns and was told that it was uneconomical to bring another doctor in as they only had 3 rooms. I suggested that they should not offer appointments at 20 minute intervals when they were 2 hours behind and that the next person seen should be the person with an appointment not the walk in. My suggestion was acknowledged but I was told that they were unable to act on them.  Poor customer service, poor communication, dismissive responses all add up to a 1. Please contact me for any further information. Please don't have Nadia Ledezma be the one who calls. Last visit here. I will drive past to go to any other BSW affiliate.

You didn’t send 1 of the 2 medicines, the one I need (z-pack), to the pharmacy, and you sent it to the wrong pharmacy - Walgreens and I specified CVS (twice). Now you are closed and I can’t get my antibiotics that I very much need!

My elbow which is infected is killing me.  I did not sleep last night my elbow is still dripping water from bursa sack.   Last night my fever was 100.   Should I come back in

I was concerned about my wrist after a fall. Made an appointment about 10 PM at night and was able to get in the next morning at 10:40.  Everyone was professional and kind and they were able to x-ray and get me fixed up With x-rays and a splint. It’s always easy to get in and get help.

I was impressed we didn’t have to wait long for our scheduled appointment!

I had the best outcome after my visit with the Dr. after 6 weeks of inflammation in my hands , no one could figure out what to give me, so I came into the clinic, and the Dr cured my hands with my prescription he gave me, I was giving a steroid for 5 days, I took one the first night and my symptoms were gone by morning!! So thanks to your Dr, I had relief. Thanks
