I scheduled an appointment at 10:25, and wasn’t seen until 1140. I have no idea why an appointment is even needed to be scheduled if I’m just going to wait for an hour and 25 minutes Now that typically might be totally acceptable, except for there was one person ahead of me, and when I sat down in the waiting room, there was one other check-in that occurred ahead of mine.  There was no communication, the staff did not come back and say one minute. I was seen by a technician and then dropped in a room and told to wait until the provider came in, and that was it.  If I wanted to wait this long, I would rather be seen in an emergency room than in an urgent care I will literally never come back to this place

I had an odd experience. After a three and a half hour wait, I opened my exam room door to see the provider leaning her entire upper body over a desk to speak to a colleague. The body language was interesting. Lots of hand gesturing, very intense. I was told there was a surgical procedure, and that's why everyone had to wait such a long time. Even more odd because I thought surgical procedures should go to an ER, not an urgent care. I won't be back.
