In short, it was the most wonderful health care experience! The entire staff were professional and genuinely interested in me.

Scheduling was straight forward, checking in very easy, the staff was fantastic and the overall care was wonderful. I would highly commended urgent Care.

I was having back spasms for a week. Made an appointment on line. When I arrived to the clinic only had to wait about 15 minutes before heading back. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The doctor listened to me and I was very happy with the care I received.

PA was fantastic. Great caring demeanor. The intake nurse was nice and very efficient. Unfortunately  had an on line scheduled appt that still took 50 minutes later to get in with only one other person in the waiting room. Communication from the front desk would be helpful as I don’t visit here very often and don’t know the protocol of appointment times. Once again the Dr/PA was wonderful

Was able to book same day appointment. Registration lady was nice and communicated well. MA took her time and triaged quick. Provider was extremely unprofessional, should look for another job and bedside manners. As a provider myself I take time with my patients despite being busy working at a level one trauma center in ER setting. Never did he asked if I had any questions or reason for prescribed medications and explained procedure or what plan of care was. Thankfully I am in medical field to know information but I thought he was extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming. Never going back.

Staff was friendly and considerate. I finally decided I should go to urgent care as foot and leg continue swelling bruised painful. With cognitive difficulties i had trouble navigating app to make appointment so went as walk-in. That wasn't a problem. After being seen was advised to get to ER immediately which I didn't. Very pleased with care I received. I would definitely return to this facility & recommend it.

I did not schedule an appointment before arriving and I had a long wait to be seen. Otherwise, I received a diagnosis and medications that are helping me recover from a virus with a lot of congestion and discomfort.

I had a cold and cough. Needed to get tested for Covid and strep and flu and get antibiotics for the cough. Easy in and out. Great service as always expected. Thank you to the entire staff.

Scheduling was easy.  Did have something of a wait.

I went for a follow up after a car wreck. I needed to see if there was more than soreness to my neck and got X-rays.  It was very busy, so things were a bit slower than normal.  Both times I had very good service.
