Very pleased with visit and care. Ease of making the appointment. Short waiting time in the lobby. Triage well done by nurse. Doctor took the time to explain results and treatment. Very pleased with the visit. I've received consistently good care when using this site.

Made an appointment on line. Receptionist was kind and efficient.  Was seen quickly. The nurse was amazing- kind, encouraging, skilled, understanding- very top notch. Dr. did her job and got me out with what I needed. Very good experience. I’m sure I will return.

There is only one provider and 4 patients ahead of me. We had to wait nearly 2 hours in the waiting room. I prefer to attend an urgent care that can see more than one patient at a time.

The front desk lady was nice. The doctor was awful. she never introduced herself, never told me my test results, seem bothered that I wasn’t feeling well and couldn’t perform what she was asking well. Left without saying goodbye thank you for coming or anything really. I was left to just sit there awkwardly until I eventually left. I understand that the wait today was long but I waited patiently without fuss yet I still feel like this doctor gave me the coldest shoulder. I’m left in the exact spot I was when I came in clueless and still not feeling well.

I was the only one there when I first went in and I still waited half an hour to get seen. The toilet is loose and rocks. The lighting in the bathroom and in the exam room were substandard.

There was no one in the waiting room and only 1 patient being seen before me. Waited 20 min before the nurse/tech saw me. She was a little blunt but still great at her job. Finally got to a room and than waited another 20 min before the dr came in. Saw the dr for all of 2 min and barely diagnosed. Didn’t get any proper checks just a prescription and said if I don’t get better after a week come back and visit again. Dr said they didn’t know what could cause it or how to treat it necessarily but felt like it was a waste of my time and money
