I called to inquire about an appt and I must say the lady who answered the phone was not the most pleasant person.  She did give me the information I asked for.  Even with checking in she was very blunt. Later with handling the prescription she was a little nicer.  Everyone else there was very nice and attentive.  Overall a good experience.

Needed to make a very last minute urgent appt. Many times to choose from was seen quickly. Office staff and medical staff were great. Highly recommend this location to others

Fettler Park Urgent Care always comes through for me and the little ones whenever I need them. It’s clean, quick, and the staff are friendly and professional.

Was there 10 minutes before appointment did online check in and wasn’t taken back to a room until 25 minutes after schedule appoitment time.

Got a great follow up call from the provider. After collaboration, I decided to come in for additional services, which was well worth my time. While waiting in the lobby, I witness the staff professionally and flawlessly de-escalate a contentious conversation with a prospective customer that made the rest of us a little uneasy. Great job!! I’ll be back.

Scheduling was pretty easy, and when I got there there was only one person in the waiting room and no one in the back so I assumed it would be a very quick visit.  However, it took me 15 minutes for the clinical staff to bring me back and I sat in the office waiting for the provider for over 30 minutes and she was of no real help.  It seemed she had difficulty assessing my symptoms, saying that antibiotics weren’t needed, but when I asked about my visibly obvious pink eye she told me I did need antibiotics.  Additionally she checked my ears and nose without changing the nozzle on the device and still didn’t have a diagnosis for my symptoms.  So she prescribed Benadryl for my cough and eye drops for my pink eye.  About 20 mins after I left I started to experience extreme pain in my right ear, so much so that I stopped at another urgent care only to find out that I also had an ear infection that your provider didn’t see or caused by not using different nozzles on the device she used to check my ears and nose.  Needless to say I was extremely disappointed with this visit and will never use this urgent care again!

Had excellent service and thorough explanations from the doctor on duty but have to say the on duty aide or nurse was a different story.   Had to insist he explain what he was doing to my ear - literally a 4 word explanation - shoot water in ear.   He did not have a friendly or welcoming demeanor and looked very unprofessional in appearance.   Scrubs were 2-3 sizes too large and black sneakers had a hole in the toe.   Just did not look professional and although he did what he was supposed to do he almost seemed resentful doing it.  Will probably not go there again just because of him.

Had been dealing with bad sinus pain and congestion. The website was very easy to use and book the appointment time. Unfortunately when I arrived there was a bit of a wait and then another wait to see the doctor. I was informed there were 2 people ahead of me. My whole time there from check-in to leaving was about an hour and 30 min. Staff was nice and courteous.
