Everything about this place was awesome- I was in and out really quickly- nice nurses, PA and staff. My only complaints are that you risk catching something contagious since there is only one waiting area ( a lot of places have sick and non sick areas now) and also, the waiting room smelled really bad.  Might need new carpets or furniture.  I almost had to hold my breath.    Other than that- service and staff were amazing!

Scheduling was easy, the staff was very friendly, & I appreciated getting a same-day appointment! I waited about 40 minutes which was no problem. Unfortunately it was the actual medical care that was sort of disappointing. The appointment lasted what felt like maybe five minutes?? Which I am hoping that’s just because my condition had been improving & I wasn’t currently experiencing much pain. But I never received a physical examination. My injured area wasn’t even looked at. There was no assessment of reflexes/basic movement I wasn’t asked to try to move injured area in any direction or asked many questions, nothing like that. I felt rushed through the visit without much opportunity to fully explain my symptoms or ask questions. I left without a clear diagnosis, answers, or any real treatment plan. I was prescribed a medication I had already mentioned I wasn’t supposed to take, which was also available OTC, & received no instructions or warnings on how to take it. I understand they see many patients daily, many with far more urgent concerns, but I still expected to feel heard and properly evaluated at the bare minimum. I left the Urgent Care feeling a bit more confused than when I arrived… just $100 poorer. Was it terrible? No. Would I return? Eh, I guess it depends. Would I recommend? Probably not.  I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but since I was asked, I wanted to share my honest experience. The scheduling process & staff were great, but the actual appointment felt rushed, impersonal, & lacking in meaningful care.

When I arrived at the urgent care the staff was so friendly and polite.  The staff was very attentive to me and concerned about why I was there.  Very pleased with the outcome of my visit. Would recommend them to anyone.

The check-in is comber sum. I don’t think one should have to update every piece of paperwork like you have never been there.

I have been sick with a sore throat for over 3 weeks. Otc's are not working. I feel like I was dismissed with no care. A weeks worth of antibiotics would have been a start. This way if I have to see a specialist or the dentist to get to the root cause at least I know antibiotics did not work. At the moment I do not have a primary care doctor. The doctor didn't care at all.

The dr. Prescribed what was needed. My gout is much improved today and I thank you kindly nice job dr  , when getting whats  needed when you have the gout it reduces the longevity of the extreme pain and gets you back to your normal routine. I’ve been getting the gout off and on since 2020 and talking to doctors and telling them your life experience for 26 years and some of them thinking one pill is a magic cure is absolutely preposterous. I try to share my experience with the gout with the doctors to help other fellow gout sufferers to help them in  their time of need. sometimes with all the knowledge doctors have I think a testimony from patients could only heighten doctors knowledge and help control. Gout suffers it’s not to say I know more than you. It’s just I’ve lived it and know what works for me. Thanks for all you do I greatly appreciate you. Have a blessed day..

I walked in so there was no scheduling issues. I knew I would have wait time, but that was also explained to me as I waited. Check-in was very organized. I did have to complete paperwork because it had been a while since I had visited the office. The receptionist was very friendly staff as a ho was very friendly as I was pretty upset while I was there I appreciate their kindness, especially at a time when I was feeling very down. I would definitely recommend this place of business as well as the staff who assisted me on yesterday to my friends and family.

Hurt my foot and felt it needed an xray. The wait was a little over an hour until I was brought into a room. But they did move people in and out quickly. They were efficient and very nice.
