This office was disgusting and needs to be cleaned.

Really disappointed in how this location has gone downhill. I had an appointment and ended up having a 4 hour wait. The inside was dirty and worn. I needed a test and medicine. All together, I coulda been helped in 20 minutes. I will be looking for a new urgent care.

Booking an appointment does nothing, you better off walking in because they don’t respect scheduled appointments. Everyone who walks in will be seen before anyone who schedules an appointment. It’s no way I schedule for 12:46 and don’t get seen till 3:05 while I watch everyone who walked in after me get seen. If that’s the case take away appointments, it’s unprofessional.

The wait time was longer then I expected felt like an hour

Honestly if they just gave the floors a good scrub and had a couple more people on staff there wouldn't be a single issue, the people there are doing their best and they're doing it with a smile. Would definitely go back if needed!

I went in for care for my knee pain. Scheduling was easy and the front desk ladies were amazing. The nurses were amazing as well. However,  I do not feel I got the best care because I was the last patient and they were closing so I was basically told to just go ice my knee and take over the counter ibuprofen. It felt rushed. The dr didn't see any bone breaks which is fine but I really felt my issue was not addressed completely. The knee was swollen and it could have been a muscle or tendon issue and instead of looking for those I was basically told to just call an orthopedic and ice it. I came because the emergency room would have taken hours. By the time I was leaving they were locking up the doors and turning the lights off.

I was able to walk in and be seen in under 3 hours.

Made an appointment online but there was a 2hour wait time. Was well worth since the staff and doctor truly took care off my needs in an efficient and timely manner once seen. Very polite staff and made sure I had all my questions answered.

Waited 4 hours for a sports physical that took 5 minutes to complete

Excellent Scheduling, Check-in, staff attention, Accommodations & Care! Provider’s bedside manner was extremely kind and professional!  I would definitely recommend NEXCARE to all friends and family!
