It was one of those visits where it went well from scheduling on line to end of visit. Was pleasantly pleased.

Appt. Time was 1000 am but, it took awhile to be seen. I understood better when I read their disclaimer so that was ok. Treatment was excellent! I am finely getting the answers I need for what is going on with me! I wish I knew about these providers when I first was trying to find out what is wrong with me.

Need to work out scheduled time and still having to wait.

Check in protocol needs to be explained when checking in. I waited 5 hours before I was seen and I wasn’t able to get my prescription filled because my pharmacy closed at 6:00pm. Not sure if I’ll use your services again

Came in as a walk in patient for a stomach bug and once my symptoms started acting up the staff wasted no time springing into action!

There’s no point in scheduling an appointment because they don’t honor the time, it’s based on check in time. I actually saw a couple people who arrived and filled out paperwork to be seen go back before me despite it being past my scheduled time and I had even checked in before. Couldn’t have been an emergency because the other person was eating fast food they had brought with them. The office looked less clean than id ever expect for a health care office. Paint peeling off the walls, chairs are ripped, the back rooms where the patient sits on the bed looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months it just looked grimey. I will say though, a person threw up in the bathroom and the staff responded quickly to Lysol the door knobs and other places in the restroom. Overall the wait time was absolutely ridiculous, I wasn’t seen till an hour after the time I scheduled. The NP that saw me was very friendly.

The copays are really high at this facility compared to other urgent cares

Th e care that I received from the doctor was excellent and he was very caring.

I had went in to get stitches for my lip. They did not want to do it even though it only required one or two. They just made up excuses why they did not want to do it. They recommended that I go to the ER. They ER doctor was confused as to why they didn't do it. He states that they was no reason that they could not have done it.

Excellent service by all staff.  Let me leave and come back due ton2 hour wait.
