I scheduled a 12:30 DOT Physical on the app, came in early to complete the paperwork, and was called back at 13:44. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I went to NextCare as walk in client. Even i don't have to make an appointment, they have been very friendly and they attended to my needs very well. During the test, they answered all my queries. The physician is also very friendly and explains well the treatment and results. I will definitely recommend this provider to my friends and relatives.

I went in for a simple UTI waited three hours. I was told I had BV and a UTI. Went to the pharmacy and they only had medication for the BV. I said ok I’ll just call in the morning to get my issue fixed. Called…no answer. Made a trip to the clinic just to find out it was closed due to be short staffed. Mind you the UTI was whooping my insides. I had to go to ANOTHER clinic. Pay 50 bucks for another UTI freaking test. 0/10 I do not recommend.

Walk in visit for a fall. The wait was astronomical. Thank goodness it wasn’t too serious, because!!! Desk staff and some others were friendly and sympathetic. There was one Dr. on campus on the day of my visit. He got straight to source of the problem, ran some X-rays and had answers and treatment solutions in one visit (though painfully(literally) long).

I had a bad ear infection, I scheduled online, got there on time, was seen fairly quickly, got medicine sent to my pharmacy and left all under 40 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

The Dr I saw was great. He was so very friendly! It’s so easy to schedule an appointment. The wait time even after making an appt was really long. I was there for two hours. I understand appts run over and there are walk-ins, but two hours is a long time for a scheduled appointment.  It would bad to know that walk-ins get seen before the patients that actually took the time to make an appointment.

Well, I handed my ID/card to the representative, but instead of handing my ID/card back to me, they placed my ID/card on the counter. This happened twice during my interaction. However, I noticed that the representative deliberately handed another patron’s ID/card directly back into their hand. I found this difference in treatment concerning. If the representative was able to hand another customer’s ID/card directly to them, why was my ID/card repeatedly placed on the counter instead of being returned to me in the same manner? I would appreciate an explanation for this inconsistent treatment.
