10/10. I would absolutely recommend NextCare Urgent Care Fayetteville to friends and family. Today I brought my 6-year-old son in because he was sick, and during our visit he ended up vomiting. As a parent, that can be a stressful and overwhelming moment, but the compassion shown by this entire team was incredible. From the front desk staff and nurse to the doctor and manager, everyone treated my son with genuine kindness, patience, and concern. No one made us feel like we were an inconvenience or just another patient they needed to get through. Instead, they immediately focused on making sure he was okay and comfortable while also reassuring me as his parent. What stood out most was that the compassion came from every level of the staff. The nurse was caring and attentive, the front desk staff was understanding and helpful, the doctor took great care of him, and the manager personally showed concern as well. You can tell there is a culture here of actually caring about the people who walk through their doors. When your child is sick, you remember how people treat them. I truly appreciate how this entire team treated my son today. This was a 10/10 experience during a difficult day, and NextCare Fayetteville will absolutely be one of my first choices whenever my family needs urgent care.

Needed a sports physical but didn't expect so many people to be in the building.  Alot of walk ins yesterday but overall the visit was great.  We got what we needed done.  Thank you.

The wait time was a little longer than I would have preferred. However, overall my experience was pleasant.

I checked in through the app it was a busy day and i think they only had one doctor person so the wait time was abt 5 hours the lady that took my vitals and stuff is the sweetest shes a young lady super sweet but other then that it was good

Scheduled my visit and was in and out in 45 min. You can’t beat that for quick effective healthcare. This location is well recommended.

The staff was friendly, the care was perfect and everybody was courteousand I left feeling enthusiastic.

Enjoyed the staff as always at Nextcare! Wait time wss less than 10 mins.

Even though I had an appointment time, I still waited 2 hours for my 15 minute follow up.
