After the appointment, I needed to contact the office regarding whether or not an antibiotic prescription had been sent to the pharmacy. I had to leave a message via an AI system. Called twice. Never received a response . Had to drive over to the office in order to have the doctor resend the prescription. It wasn't wasn't until late in the day that I finally received a phone call from the office regarding my first inquiry. Poor customer service in my opinion.

Waste of time amd money for my daughter who I was really worried about. Dizziness, headache, and nosebleeds. We were basically told they don't know what's wrong with her. Gave us a lab test for a Hematocrit and sent us on our way. Her pediatrician was concerned about the dizziness and nosebleeds. Husband felt like they didn't know why we were there or why be worried about her. She has a sinus infection and ear infection. Nice catch. NOT!

I spoke with my primary medical care provider & Maria was fabulous she called ask if they would except an Authorization number for me to come-on in, said yes. I live in different city. Everyone was very friendly & professional. They were consistently busy but that's a good sign. No problem. Spoke with nurse practitioner first then doctor. Very professional & sympathetic & compassionate. Made suggestions. No prescription written for vomiting due to had been a couple of days sick. Made recommendations after talk. My insurance did not cover going to hospital in this county so did not go. Three other counties not in flagstaff. I drank 8-power ades next day & lots of water. Feeling much better. Great care by all the staff. I deeply appreciated their care. Thank you.

Ear had been feeling plugged. Got checked and waited about 1 and half hours. Finally got seen and they only thing that was done were vitals and checking my ear. Paid about 200 out of pocket for the visit. They didn't even give me medicine.

I waited for over an hour in a half to be seen. When I was finally seen I was seen for 1min by a Richard Holmes. He was very rude did not listen to my concerns, did not even examine me to see what was wrong. And then he walked out of the room mid sentence and never came back. He left me waiting for another 30min before I went out to the receptionist to ask what happened. Where I was not given an explanation.

Made appointment for sprained wrist on the phone with AI very easily. Appointment was for 1:05 pm. Arrived 20 minutes early. Wasn’t taken into room until almost 3 p.m. PA was about 90 years old and the most incompetent provider I have ever seen in my life. Looked at my hand, no exam, decided I had a hairline fracture “because of the color” which looked like normal bruising and swelling. Refused to treat me without an X-ray. Only urgent care I have ever been to without Xray on the premises. Had to go next door, wait another 1 1/2 hours for X-ray, only to find out results wouldn’t be available for several days. Fortunately we are leaving Flagstaff for home in 2 days. Would have been better off waiting to see my Dr at home in spite of the pain. Worst urgent care experience of my life, and I’m in my 70s.

Went to the clinic for extreme pain. Was told to schedule an appointment which I did for noon. When I got there, I waited approximately two hours to be seen. I understood once I was visited by the provider. He was slow, disheveled, had poor bedside manner. I must admit that he did try to explain everything about my ear pain, and a possibility of a punctured eardrum. I was told I would be giving antibiotic drops and suggested I see my primary doctor and get a referral to ENT I came from out of state so I will have to follow up when I return home. Because the provider was not an MD he could not give me anything stronger than referring me to over-the-counter pain relief. I understood that.  It was the providers whole demeanor that seemed unprofessional and I worried about his competence. After my two hour wait to even be seen then I was waiting even longer while he was doing something on the computer. Maybe drafting my aftercare or something I don’t know, but I had waited so long. I had to get a little forceful and approach him and then when not much was happening, I went to the nursing assistant and she helped me get out of there. The receptionist and the nurses aid or nursing assistant or both helpful, kind and approachable. I think your system needs more than one provider on hand to accommodate the flow of patients.
