I had pain in my neck and upper back for days and it just got worse.  I am glad I got a muscle relaxer it is starting to feel better. I called to schedule my appointment and the person was very helpful.  The texts were very helpful to check in online.

I walked into the office on a Sunday afternoon about two hours before the office closed.  They had me sign in on my phone with a QRC.  It was a bit redundant, since I have been in many times and I still had to take photos of all my insurance cards, which I know they have had on file.  I wa Ted about 10-15 minutes before being called back for Check-in, which I considered very reasonable as a walk-in.  The admin and check-in staff were very nice.  The PA or Doctor I saw was matter-of-fact and to the point, very efficient.  He asked relevant questions and came in with the results of the test they had run. All-in-all a good, quick and successful visit.

I have never been in a medical environment where eating and watching tv on their phone with AirPods in was at l acceptable

Was rescheduled for a suture removal at a different urgent care location, provider wasn’t super friendly. It was pretty painful for the suture removal, and I think I would have appreciated some more care during the appointment.

Delayed time for having an appt. Would recommend more staff.

I had an infection. I didnt know i could make an appointment so i had to wait qiite a while. The care was phenominal and tge care professionals were wuite peasant and thorough.

I had an appointment for 8 am. No one was at the building. I received a call from another location telling me they were 30 min late getting there. By the time I finally got in and seen is was almost 9 am. There was even a nurse from another location waiting to get in to work.

My experience with NextCare was a pleasant experience and the staff was very friendly, helpful and supportive of my time. A thorough examination was given, needed medications were forwarded to my pharmacy and detailed instructions were provided for the treatment.

Wait time was horrible. I got an appointment and was taken in at my time but waited almost 45 mins to be seen. I was told there’s an x ray for the case in front of me.  Don’t know why they can’t go to the next patient while waiting for the result?  The physician assistant didn’t seem helpful and said we don’t do bloodwork here and won’t give me an order to go to Labcorp. He was concerned to give me the medication so I had to show him my recent bloodwork. Still he only gave me not a full dose including no refills for topical cream. Basically told me I need to go to a regular doctor. What a waste of time. Won’t be returning.

Made an appointment online since feeling so bad don’t want to just walk in and get in line. Arrived 30 minutes early and checked in from car walked in 15 minutes early. Receptionist person acknowledged I was checked in and went back to his phone. Never once heard that they were running behind it was 30 minutes after appointment before I was called. Staff friendliness was non existent. Was seen by P A  he was fine sent for x ray and got the results. I usually use NextCare for when can not get into regular doctor, with this visit and being sick just may rethink using a different option.
