So quick to log on, very nice and attentive, willing to listen and help as much as she could. She didn't rush to get back off. She was kind and caring. I give 5 stars completely!

Had to do a follow up due to not feeling better went o line got a telehealth appointment and met with doctor on time and had a through discussion.  Answered all questions and concerns.   Great place to visit when not well.  No fuss in and out.

Easy to schedule. Had to wait in waiting room a few minutes. Was told I would have two day doctors note and still haven't recieved it. Prescription was put in relatively quickly. Not much eye contact and was acting like she couldn't hear me or talk with her headphones like it was my issue but it was hers.

NextCare is always convenient, fast, and provides excellent support. Their providers are attentive and caring.

I did the paperwork in advance, and completed quickly because the info was preloaded, however once I logged in to get to the care provider it asked for it again. Getting to the virtual appointment was fine, once I figured out which browser to use.

Who is the voice I couldn't hear her but we fixed the issue
