Very knowledgeable great visit will use them again

The staff was outstanding and and very kind. They were wonderful and listened to my concerns.

Had trouble logging in and making the connections to the site, but their customer service number on my email confirmation walked me right through the solution in a couple of minutes.  The FNP was calm, reassuring and understanding.  I am thinking this is the medicine of the future for simple medical problems.

The virtual appointment was better than the last several in office appointments. From now on, Virtual is the way I'll go

Isn’t a way to get in touch with provider when a mistake is made on scripts. She called one into correct pharmacy and the rest to a different one. Also was suppose to be 5 scripts only received 3.

Did not take medical history and prescribe something totally opposite

She was very helpful and professional. She deserves a raise

Attendant at the desk was nice enough but did not have much sensitivity. Telehealth call in lobby. Talking about sensitive health issues. Not very professional. Had to be prompted for sample materials. Telehealth doctor was good however. I've been using this service for a while and this was my least successful visit.

Always very professional and caring! Thanks for making access to health care easy!

Never got my prescription sent in. Please send it in.
