I have always been impressed with the check-in system at NextCare, I am sent a link in the morning of my appt to let the office know when I’ve arrived and it says the office will send me a notification that it’s time for me to come in from my vehicle. I waited 15 minutes past time waiting in my vehicle patiently I still hadn’t received the notification. I went in the office and asked if I missed the notification and all I got from the young lady at the desk was we haven’t seen anyone yet. Well I sat another 15 minutes after they called other patients back. Why did I schedule an appt for the first patient of the day?

Came in for work physical. Had to change my time several times and was able to do it with ease. Check in was easy and I was taken in within 4 minutes of my wait time. Very fast. Care by nurse and NP was thorough and they were caring. So much better than last year.

I came in only 10 minutes before close, but the staff were extremely friendly and quick to get me checked in and given the right prescription! The receptionist was extremely helpful with the new online check-in, and the medical staff all asked thorough but quick questions and helped me immensely.
