Came in at 7:00pm the evening before but the room was full. I made an appointment for the next morning for 8:15am and everything went smoothly. The receptionist, the technician and nurse practitioner were wonderful!

Came to the clinic with multiple interacting problems. Whole staff was fabulous. Doctor was very attentive.

Needed to see a doctor and I have been to NextCare before, so I booked an appointment on-line.  Quick and easy and efficient.  Saved wait time at appointment.  I definitely recommend NextCare.

Just had a couple of days with orbital and facial pain and concerned that I was getting an infection. Making an appt and being seen was easy. The provider was thorough and attentive. The receptionist was very nice.

If you want rush service go near closing time. My son told me they didn’t weight or measure they asked him what he was smh. I should’ve went to the back with him. But wait wasn’t long. They didn’t have any clean pens

I have had great care in the past.  New provider is definitely more worried about risk mitigation than providing effective treatment.

Walked in this afternoon to check out a ticket bite. Reception was responsive & assisted me with check-in. Wait time wasn't long. at all. Your staff were all very courteous. Healthcare provider was efficient, informative, & friendly.

My Prescription was not sent to pharmacy - I was not able to reach clinic via customer service phone call line. I had to drive back to clinic to have prescription sent. Care was good but med should have been sent. When feeling poorly - it’s very inconvenient to have to drive back.

I went to this location because I was actually sick, but when I got there, they were jam packed full of parents who waited until the last minute to take their kids for sports physicals and TB tests. I was a walk-in and did not make an appointment but I feel like someone who is actually sick should take priority over sports physicals. Every single parent that was there with a kid for a sports physical, got taken back and were seen before me. There was also only one provider on site which made matters worse. The nurse who took me back to take my blood pressure also was not the friendliest and had a little bit of an attitude. The fact that they are so understaffed, I’m sure is what caused her stress. The only good experience was the nurse practitioner who treated me.
