Made an appt with one office but when I showed up they had to close due to staff calling out.  Other location called and was very friendly and helpful but I had to travel a lengthy distance and out of my way to go to the facility.

Went in with a sore throat and chills a headache, ear ache. Abd they only checked me fir strep . Then said it may be to early for strep . Told them I was in contact with a person with Covid and did not do a test . It was also almost to fir them to close and I flet rushed .

This was a positive experience, with the exception of the late opening. The delayed opening (of at least 20 minutes) really pushed back everyone who was waiting for scheduled or walk in appointments.

Had to do a preemployment drug screen. The nurse who did the collection incorrectly filled out my paperwork so my employment is delayed another week while I go submit another drug screen. Would recommend going somewhere else if at all possible.

Check in lady was terribly rude. Check in process for a walk in is scan a code and do it all ourselves?? Why have a receptionist that does nothing?! What happens if someone doesn’t have a phone? Back staff, was nice. The wait is always through the roof at that place for no reason though. NEVER has xray on staff. Does the machine even work?!

Woke with severe congestion, headache, and possible ear infection. Was able to easily book an appointment online before office hours. Was seen at appointment time and out with prescriptions at a local pharmacy. Pre-registration on the phone is a bit challenging. Overall, convenient and reassuring to know non-emergency care is available when needed. Yes, I would recommend this provider.
