I was able to book the same day, had to wait a little bit, the first nurse was rude just casually talking and she interrupted me several times and so did the doctor himself, wasn’t able to actually let him know what I was feeling and how sick I felt. Even though taken the Covid/flu/strep test it came back negative so, the doctor just made it seem like nothing was wrong with me at all but also not listening to anything I was saying.  Overall, will never be back again worse experience ever.

The wait time is a little long for the amount of people I think that were in the office, and I was the first appointment of the day. I got there two minutes before the office open for the day and the provider was in there for about 30 seconds and certainly didn’t listen to my history and just repeated things that I knew already and more importantly they were just general things that had nothing to do with my specific situation.

My appointment was easily made but the wait wasn’t the greatest! It’s understandable because it was only a few people working so I understand. But overall it’s a great clinic, nice physician and friendly staff! I’ll definitely be back!

Your check-in process at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure billing was properly inserted. The Doctor did a follow-up exam or check up after my accident and 1st ER visit referring us back to the ER for further treatment. Which was needed. We Ty for your prompt assistance ♥️

I needed a Physical done for employment and it was simple and quick. The staff was very helpful and kind. I would recommend this provider to anyone.

Literally only needed a sports physical for my 4 year old daughter.  We were there earlier than 3:40 and were seen quickly. The staff at check in were awesome and friendly.  The doctor was amazing.  Thank you.

Needed quick private doctor visit and it could not have went any better. Staff was totally friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions and gave me an appointment right away. Sign in was fast and easy. Medical professional checked me into a room quickly. Doctor showed up and was of utmost professionally courteous and knowledgeable. Highly pleased and definitely recommend this urgent care facility. I’ve been here like 5 or 6 in the last 10 to 12 years. While the providers have changed over the years, the high quality of medical care and service has always been especially consistent and exceptional. So this facility is my go-to place for healthcare when I need immediate care and can’t see my Primary Care Provider or after hours. Discretion was of the essence and this medical team knocked it out of the park. So I’m extremely happy with my decision to seek help at NextCare!! Thank you all!

Made an appointment for same day. Check in staff was friendly and professional. Was with Doc within minutes of completing forms. Tech staff took vitals and used manual cuff per my request for BP and super nice about it. Doc examined and explained thoroughly the diagnosis and meds and why they were given. Best medical experience in years! Top notch Urgent Care. Highly recommended!

Went for a dot physical service was great the staff was wonderful
