The physician sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy after verifying with her several times.

Scheduling and check-in was easy and efficient. Teresa and her Nurse were really helpful and attentive. We left with a clear plan of action. I highly recommend Teresa and Jenna ( Jenny don’t recall her name, sorry).

Art and Theresa RN were great in removing my stitches on my thumb.

I had to wait 30 minutes, however, Renae’ was very friendly and kind once i got into the examining room.  Dr  Jacqueline was wonderful and took good care of me.  I had an object in my eye and she was very gentle in removing it.  Very satisfied with my care.

I scheduled my appointment last night and everything went fine.

I have been dealing with migraines for 4 days straight and went over there waited maybe a little over an hour. The staff was great and very attentive, place looked pretty good and clean. Will definitely recommend this location. Thank y'all!

It was just a simple workman’s comp exit interview and Jackline Maina made it absolutely horrible. Anytime I go here for treatment even with an appointment I wait for 30 minutes in the lobby and then anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes in the patient room. Every other employee is very respectful and listens but not Jackline Maina.  Jackline  is rude callous has no bedside manner and refuses to listen to a single word that is said to her. Then to top it off she can’t be bothered to answer questions.  Today she didn’t even exam the hurt area she just filled out the paperwork and left the room. If you ever get her just leave she is incompetent and downright hateful.  Everyone else in there is wonderful and very caring but Jackline Maina is literally the absolute worst person to be in the medical field.

My son wasn’t feeling well the day prior with a sore throat and some nausea so we decided to try to get an appointment. It was very easy, as always. It’s not the first time we have come to this location and the staff is always very friendly. My son was tested and after speaking with the nurse, we decided on antibiotics. The prescription was sent over right away and I was receiving my notifications from my pharmacy. The visit was very smooth and I wish I remembered the name of the nurse who assisted us because she was so sweet.

I URGE you with everything I have to PLEASE STOP THE MUSIC in the waitroom. It is absolute torture to listen to that 60 second loop over and over and over. The receptionist would not turn it off. It is HELL. ABSOLUTE HELL. For your own customer satisfaction I would not torture your patients while they are waiting as it emphasizes that we have to wait a LONG time when we come to this place. I was disappointed that making an appointment made no difference at all to my wait time. The people who work there are really nice but you need more help somewhere to make the wait time less. But honestly not having to listen to that AWFUL MUSIC would be a big help. Why can't the receptionist mute it? What could possibly happen if the music is off and we can sit in silence? We all have our phones and look at what we want so why must you insist on this? Ugh!

They didn't do anything for my wound, they didn't clean me or anything, I told them that it hurt to walk, my job is with children and they can accidentally step on me I told them that if they could do something and give me a one-day disability to wait for the specialist's appointment and her answer was no
