Everyone helpful & professional. I was able to get the prescription I needed.

It was easy to schedule an appointment online; I was in and out in less than 40 minutes.  The doctor was amazing; he took his time to explain my condition in detail and prescribed medication.  His bedside manners were excellent; PCPs nowadays are in so much hurry, they don’t want to waste more than 5 minutes with patients.  In contrast, the doctor at NextCare was so caring and kind.  He made sure that I call him if I still don’t feel well. The exceptional treatment reminded me of the good old days when doctors cared about their patients and treated them like people and not just numbers.

Even though it was close to closing time they worked me in with a lacerated finger.   Very efficient and friendly!

It was easy to schedule the appointment online. I couldn’t check in outside because my phone wasn’t connecting to a server so the receptionist said I could come in and do the paperwork.   I was brought  in to the exam room quickly and the MA was very kind.  I waited quite a while for the provider but once she came in, she was very caring and thorough with her exam.   She prescribed a few things and encouraged me to do some home care that would help.  I forgot to ask whether I was contagious and should stay away from people , so wasn’t sure about that.   Overall, I like this place for their no nonsense approach.   I have been here about 3 times and  would recommend this urgent care.

Everything went well, no problems. I come to this location all the time when I need to. They are always nice to me****I get nice Dr.s. and their always plesent and lissen to my needs. I would recommend Nex Care to anybody who needs med. Help

The staff was friendly and accommodating and the staff physician was quite nice and helpful.  I never felt I was rushed through the process.  Even though I wasn’t able to make an appointment, I didn’t have to wait very long.

I was not feeling great and I decided to schedule an appointment I was seen within the hour, and the staff was very kind and courteous as well as the doctor. I definitely recommend this provider.
