Went in with a UTI I was in and out in 30 minutes. The staff is very friendly efficient.

Have a follow up to check if nostril infection was gone. Infection gone. The provider was excellent. She check my nose and made me feel very at ease

They were busy but they scheduled me for later that day which was fine.  Check in good. Staff was great!  Polite & very helpful.  The Dr was extremely nice, explained in detail and sincerely cared about what was going on with me.  I give it a great review and would recommend that clinic.

I prefer the service I receive here over my Primary Dr. I have been coming to this location for many year. I always receive great service. The provider listens to my concerns

We came in without an appointment. The front desk lady was not necessarily being unkind, but she aggressively tried to make us/me go to their sister location because of “long wait time” from the office being behind, I said I would just wait instead of driving to the other side of town… she sighed and huffed about it.. loosely handed / dropped clip board paper work on counter said I needed to complete and fill out, and then when we sat in chairs she put her head in her hands and sat at the counter like that, like she was so overwhelmed.. and I’m not sure but it felt rude behavior even though she wasn’t saying or speaking unkindly.  And I’m glad I didn’t go to a different location because we were still in and out within an hour, and the doctor on staff at the time is one of the best. I love him every time we go in and he’s working. He takes all the precautions and really does full exams and check ups. The nurse working with him did a very good job too and was kind.
