NextCare Urgent Care, Thunderbird

. I have consistently given this company five-star reviews for over 20 years, but unfortunately, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had. As someone who manages a healthcare facility, I understand the importance of professionalism, compassion, and quality patient care. Despite being nothing but kind and respectful to the staff, particularly the individual at the front office, that same courtesy was not extended to my family. We paid $330 out of pocket to have our sick child evaluated, only to encounter a provider who repeatedly asked the same questions, seemingly disregarding our previous responses. The entire interaction felt uncomfortable, dismissive, and extremely unprofessional. As parents, we expected our concerns to be heard and our child to be treated with compassion and respect. After more than two decades of positive experiences with this company, I am incredibly disappointed by the level of care and customer service we received. No family should leave a healthcare facility feeling this way, especially after seeking help for a sick child.

I started with a severe sore throat a week ago, with severe energy drop, and constant sinus drainage down my throat, and into my lungs at night. I kept handling it with over-the-counter items at home, our usual practice until significant sweating and fevers sit in.  At that time, it was obvious that  we needed the big guns.  For that level of care, we go to this office.  Every single detail was executed with absolute perfection. Elka saw me quickly and has obvious great experience because she could see what it was immediately, and I had always suspected what it was. She prescribed what has been prescribed in the past, which I was very happy to hear. I hear so many new drugs and would like to just stick with what always works. And let’s face it, the beautiful smiles of every single room of that office is extremely uplifting. Thank you so much to all of you!!!

I came in because I suspected I broke my clips everybody there very quickly to get me in. I did have to sit for a little while to see the provider, but she was very thorough.

When you first walk in your not greeted when you sign in the desk staff is rude like she doesn't like her job. Ma that take you back for your vitals no bed side manners at all very when asking question. Had an appointment at 415 didnt not see the doctor on staff till 615 and was for only 10 mins and im sent on my way. This urgent care was never like this not sure what changed .

Woke up again second day of severe ankle pain. Mostly, surroundingm my heel. I was unable to bear weight and perform any of my basic adls for the day. So I so decided to going to next care. Looking for some immediately relief

Was transferred from telehealth to in person. No information was transferred so retelling story over and over and over is annoying. As told I didn’t have to pay the second $50 copay but that wasn’t relayed to the office. And they couldn’t even give me answers. Gave me antibiotics to try and told me to go to er in a week if I’m not better.

I was there at lunchtime and got right in, but I did have to wait in the room for about an half hour. Besides that everything was good. Thank you

Had severe neck pain. Treated in a very timely manner. Was very satisfied with the treatment provided. However i was given no discharge instructions and nothing to document the treatment I was provided

I spoke with someone e a day before appointment and it was said up to provider if blood work done to check for anemia.  I went got there for appointment it was said that the urgent care does not do blood work to check for anemia.  So I was given misinformation by someone that could have saved time and money if I had known blood work could not be done I would not have made an appointment.
