Nextcare Urgent Care, Sahuarita

Woke up this morning not feeling well and I had a cold for about two weeks and I decided to go into the doctors office I called first set up an appointment. It was in and out within 30 minutes, my prescription and a Word of what I need to do easy cheesy everybody was friendly and handled us with care. Thank you for excellent customer service.!

The check-in woman was very friendly & sympathetic. The nurse who took me back was very unfriendly & unsympathetic. She needs to find another job. The doctor was a good listener, friendly, sympathetic, knowledgeable. The second nurse that helped me was very friendly & sympathetic.

Needed to change a prescription, since I could not tolerate the one provided three days earlier for an ear and sinus infection.  Called three times with no return call.  Drove to the office to make my request in person.  Was told I needed to check-in.  Was NOT examined.  New prescription provided reluctantly.

Very apathetic staff, not friendly, had the vibe that they didn’t want to be there. Not exactly rude but close.

Had an appointment which apparently meant nothing. When I finally saw the doctor it was less than 5 minutes. There were a number of standard missed steps for a basic check. Like listening to chest, heart, looking at throat and nose. Pretty poor performance overall.

Disappointed in long wait for walk in for my 91 year old mother. Returned with an appointment, but still had to wait close to an hour. Looked like only one practitioner and one nurse on staff. They were friendly and took care of us when it was our turn.  Many waited in the lobby.

Even though I had an appointment, I waited for two and a half hours which was very inconvenient. I hurt my right wrist and the provider wanted to send me to the ER for no reason. I requested x rays of my wrist, which were done. I was discharged so I wouldn’t have to wait any more, did receive a phone call with the results.  I wouldn’t recommend this provider.

I have been not feeling well for 5 days so I decided it was time to go see a doctor. It was easy to make an appointment, I was seen 3 hours after I made the appointment. I waited under 5 minutes in the waiting room. It is a blessing to Have this facility so close to home. I highly recommend.  I saw Dr. Dan and he was very nice.

I was disappointed with the care that I received. I was diagnosed with some white growth in my ear and was referred to the emergency room. The white growth was actually earwax that had been turned white by the eardrops that I was taking.
