The gal at the front desk needs training on some people skills. I also think it’s extremely inappropriate to ask someone why are they wanting to be seen in a lobby full of people. That’s completely inappropriate.

I made an appointment for 11:45 and had to wait 2.5 hours to see the doctor. It’s easy to make the appointment but should not have to wait that long.

The wait time was awful. I was one of 3 people there and waited in the lobby for 1 hour, then I was taken back with my kids who were the patients and we were shoved in the coldest room for 20 minutes then moved to a warmer one for another 45 minutes. There was no reason why it should have taken so long to be seen. The provider was nice and friendly

Scheduled appointment on line. A little wait time of about 20 min.  Friendly and welcoming reception. Nice spacious waiting area with privacy space.  Very professional and knowledgeable clinical staff who took time to discus findings and recommendations.  As a retired physician , I feel qualified to say it was an exceptional level of care for a “stop-in clinic”! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had excellent care. The waiting time was minimal. The treatment was excellent.

It was easy to schedule online and fill out forms. Joie Tedder was simply amazing. Her attentiveness and compassion for my health concern was top notch. She evaluated all of the information and provided care that will positively impact my life. For a few days I have been having problems with not being able to put pressure on my right foot and ankle. And my lower back has been a problem.  The staff was very helpful by taking me in a a walk in.  The nurse was wonderful she was kind and she made me feel at ease.  The Dr. helped me with my situation and had a lot of information I could use.  Of course I will be back and I always tell everyone that I know to come here to Nextcare for any problems.  Thank you for your services.

The wait time was absolutely asinine. I had an appointment at one. Checked in at 1245. Was not called into a room until 205 and finally saw a provider at 245. And the visit with him was less than 10 minutes. Completely ridiculous. I work in the healthcare field and understand waiting but not seeing a provider until almost 2 hours after the appointment time is very poor customer service and completely disrespectful in the value of my time as well. I will not go back to that facility.
