Very friendly, efficient staff. Answered all questions with patience.  Bedside manner was A+!

Don't like going to the doctor. However... nothing to say but positive things about this office & staff. I was in a bad situation. Fortunately, they were able to resolve the issue. I highly recommend this office.

The staff was very proficient and wait time was just filling out info since my first time here. I received my diagnosis in a timely manner and practitioner was efficient and checked everything I told her about and prescribed my meds. I was very pleased.

I went in with severe wrist pain and some swelling and immediately after I told the MA, she said oh it's probably gout. Unbeknownst to all the staff there, I am a licensed medical professional and I thought it was out of order for an MA to be making such assumptions. So after she did vitals and took a brief hx if my symptoms, she exited the room and I could hear her telling the provider my symptoms and then said again that she thinks it's gout. When the PA came in I said hey that is extremely inappropriate and beyond her scope of practice to be telling you what she thinks it is and blah blah blah. The PA goes well first I'm Terry and it sounds like it's gout. Beg your pardon? No labs were done, couldn't get an x-ray there, she looked at it for one second and said she'd send in some meds for gout and an order for an x-ray. Nothing for the pain either, which was agonising. I'm so glad I just went in to the ED immediately after leaving that nexcare because turns out it was a neuroma in my wrist that was causing damage to my hand and nerves. I explained my symptoms very clearly and told the PA that I know this isn't gout. I still can't believe a medical assistant is able to diagnose at this location. Yeah, she put it out there and Terry the PA went 100% along with it. Oh, I recorded the interaction between Terry the PA and I because I knew as soon as I heard the MA at the nurses station, and as a professional myself, that that's so wrong. I will be passing it on, so don't worry about getting your copy.

When I walked in not feeling well the staff were super friendly and nice they helped me with what I needed and the wait time was short compared to other places

I was expecting a bit more than what they could provide,  I had just been seen by paramedics two hours before and all they did was check my blood pressure oxygen level and temperature. It was definitely a waste of $60. I wish I would’ve known for future I know not to go here but I think this is just any urgent care in particular this one they were very quick to get me that was very nice of them.

Amazing team of caring smart and very educated women!

The receptionist was very rude on the phone and in person. Take her earbuds.
