Decided last minute to book a virtual urgent care appt as I had been sick for a week and not getting better. Easiest virtual appointment I’ve ever had, and I was able to get seen very quickly. 10/10 recommend

Staff were so nice!  Scheduling was easy and quick!  Check in was easy and fast and the care that I got was awesome!  I would highly recommend it to anyone!

Was having difficulty breathing. Felt too bad to get out so was making tele visit. It kept buffering and I couldn't proceed, so I called the site number that I got the information from. The girl told me she couldn't help me at all and is have to call the actual tele number, which i couldn't find and she didn't know. If they are to be connected on the same page, I think they should be trained to know where to get the proper info. I tried again and finally it went through. After I got the Dr, everything was perfect.

Answered my questions. Didn’t expect a cure or anything, just wanted to make sure I’m not experiencing anything unusual, so all good here.

From in person to telehealth all the staff were so nice and helpful. There was no waiting and they truly listened to my concerns.

Had recurring strep and unable to get into my primary doctor on a Friday. Scheduled a virtual appt and half an hour later I was prescribed antibiotics I sorely needed, and the medical professional was thorough, respectful, and helpful. She asked many questions before determining the course of treatment, which I really appreciated. Would recommend to anyone! So much easier than going in to a clinic as long as it’s an issue that can be done in a virtual visit.
