Did not address my concern.  Pushed the issue off (struggling with breathing) as anxiety, viral  infection, or possibly allergies, I am thankful that I went elsewhere for a different opinion and actually address that my ability to breath was an issue.  Thanks for proving that once again.. that women are not being heard with symptoms and pushing it off as something it is not.    I know what anxiety feels like and my allergies. I am old enough to know the difference in what my body feels like and when something is wrong   I told the physician that I was struggling with taking deep breaths with a little sore throat.   I will not disclose what was actually wrong with me medically, but it was not anxiety, a little cold, or seasonal allergies.  The funny part of this. Getting prescribed a medication that causes anxiety. Will I come back for my care?, definitely not.  I would lastly add, educate on what a female having a heart attack looks like as the symptoms are not the same as a male.

I went to the Lee’s Summit location as a walk-in. When I arrived, the lobby was empty, so I initially thought I would be seen fairly quickly. Shortly afterward, about four groups arrived who appeared to have scheduled appointments, and what I expected to be a quick visit turned into nearly two hours. I had visited another clinic before coming here, where my copay was $35. At this location, I was charged $75, which I still do not fully understand. After waiting approximately an hour and a half, I was finally taken back and went through the intake process. I then waited another 15–20 minutes before the provider came in. She examined the swollen area, looked at it and pressed on it, but the entire interaction lasted less than two minutes. She told me she was prescribing an antibiotic and, as she left, said I could leave if I wanted or wait for the paperwork. Maybe this was a straightforward infection that could be identified quickly, and perhaps the treatment was completely appropriate. However, from a patient’s perspective, it was difficult to understand how an arm swollen to nearly twice its normal size required such a limited assessment.  After almost two hours and a $75 charge, I left feeling less reassured than I expected. I wasn’t necessarily looking for an elaborate treatment—I was looking for confidence that the severity of the swelling had been appropriately evaluated and that the prescribed antibiotic addressed what was actually happening. I’m grateful for the lesson, but this was definitely not the healthcare experience I expected.

Still waiting on one of my prescriptions to be filled.  Waited over 30 mins past my appointment time to be seen. Once I was seen everything went by quickly!

It took an hour and a half to get checked in. I spent more time in the waiting room than I did in the doctor's office. Just for them to send me to the ER where I waited another 2 hours before I saw a doctor. Seems emergencies don't matter, just that bottom line.

Came to urgent care after a workplace injury.  Staff was caring, compassionate, and professional.  Wait time was very reasonable.

Such great care.  From checking to check out.  Less than 30 minutes!  Awesome care!

Took several days for my lab results and then labs were left off

Check in was really easy. Very short wait time was in and out really fast. The staff was attentive, quick, and professional.

A lot of negatives. It was hard to complete the paperwork because it has to be done on your phone and there is no cell signal in the waiting room. This would have been very hard for someone with limited phone/tech skills. I had to log in to their WiFi and fill out tons of pages of forms, including pictures of insurance cards and photos ids, all using my phone.  When we saw the doctor (for a pretty straightforward uti diagnosis), the doctor spent literally less than a minute with us. There was no exam, no patient education, no discussion. The office was closing within 30 minutes and they rushed us through and it was not good patient care. Then the worst part of all. They sent the prescription to a pharmacy that had closed. The prescription is urgent because of pain levels and high levels of infection that could travel to kidneys, etc. I called the office, which was to close in 5 minutes, and was transferred to a customer service line that said they would contact the back office at the clinic, mark it as an emergency, and make sure the prescription was sent to a different pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy and they had no prescription to fill, and recommended that I schedule a telehealth visit and then have the prescription sent to a 24 hour pharmacy. Next care should have told me that the pharmacy was closed and helped me find an open one, especially given the urgency of treating UTI, and especially since they see patients after hours. Why wouldn’t they have told me to send the prescription to a 24 hour pharmacy? And then when I called them to request that it be sent to an open pharmacy, they didn’t. All of this was unacceptable, terrible patient care.

Everything was perfect. Doctor listened and service was quick
