The Pa wasnt very friendly being my first time at the clinic.

The whole experience was wonderful. Got an appointment quickly. It was easy to use. I really was not feeling able to go anywhere and the doctor herself was fantastic.

Everyone was so nice. I couldn’t have asked for better care.

First time using the app is tiresome. Everytime I entered insurance or ID info, the camera did not work. I had to take a picture and then upload it to the app. Then I would have to start all over again trying to get scheduled. After insurance photos and then again after ID photos.

PA was not willing to prescribe the normal meds required, the same two simple medications I have been getting for over 10 years. Said if I would have to be seen for the one that evey other PA on this service has prescribed. If I wanted to go into the office I would have. Seems like they want me to pay twice to solve a simple issue.

I was able to book an appointment at the time I needed it. The doctor was extremely attentive and thorough. I’m very satisfied and hope I feel better soon.😊

Getting in to tele health is always a breeze. The doctors are always super friendly and informative which I appreciate! There was just some miscommunication when I had to go in to next care because they didn’t have my records or my summary from my video visit earlier, which was okay. Overall I will always use nextcare telehealth for any future health concerns! Fast and super helpful thanks docs !!

Prior to appointment Solv let me know I had a deductible and offered a Self pay option as well. Very easy option for common cold symptoms and able to complete visit in the comfort of my home

Needed to talk to andr twice today and was able to get the help I needed ASAP, Staff is always amazing!!!!
