Scheduling was easy, staff were very nice and helpful.

I basically was the scapegoat with insurance for a few family members and to get a drs note I the dr was very nice and informative and I would go here again. I really thought the receptionist was very friendly it’s a good place to go to for care.

The provider wasn't giving feedback- meaning she was listening to my chest looking in my ears and throat but said nothing about her impressions. Was I wheezing? Was my throat inflammed? No idea. She treated me appropriately in the office with a breathing treatment and an offer for a steroid shot. Personable bedside manner. I just felt like she wasn’t very confident in her presentation of information. She is very young and hopefully her confidence will increase with time. Unfortunately the other thing is she offered me a cough medicine at the end of the visit and she did not follow through with prescribing that medicine. So now I may have to go back.

PA Mario was great. The “nurse” who took my vital was unprofessional and had poor bedside manners.

The physician that helped me made me feel like she cared about finding a solution to my medical issue.   She had an outstanding bedside manner.

I’ve used this Urgent Care a number of times.  There have always been appointments to fit my needs & scheduling is easy & fast.  A simple check-in with professional/friendly staff.  The caregivers I’ve seen have been exceptional.  They listen, explain their diagnoses & provide info on medication & follow up care.

Everyone was so great! The doctor that I saw was fantastic, everyone was super nice and not judgmental. I will definitely be coming back again and recommending my friends and family. Thank you for helping me solve my injury and being so kind in the process!

I called to schedule an appointment over the phone.  The staff was considerate and easy to work with; the check-in process was easy as well; Staff was customer friendly and assisted me quickly; and, the care was quick, easy and courteous.

Cut my finger and had to go in to see if I needed stitches. Was asked if I had an appointment, explained my situation and got right in. Staff was friendly and efficient.  Great care

I’ve been sick all week with chills, fevers. and breathing problems. It’s Saturday and my symptoms have not eased up.  I paid almost $300 for the visit for nothing Since the flu test came out negative, I was told to buy over the counter meds and to go to the hospital if I get worse. This was a waste of money. Now. I can’t afford to go to the hospital. It feels like I have pneumonia. I thought they would take chest X-rays to rule it out.
