Was misdiagnosed with something very serious , even prescribed medication for it. Doctor was not even going to test initially, I had to give pushback to get tested. Tests were negative so ultimately I still have no answers or proper medication. Doctor should have given more consideration to what she was saying. Maybe instead of “you have this” perhaps a “you may have this, we will run tests to confirm but there are other things it could be”. Also maybe wait for test results to come back before prescribing medication that lives in your charts. Most my answers were reflective of it probably was not what she diagnosed me with.  Anyways, I hope she can approach these situations differently with others in the future.

I had an allergic reaction to what we think was pesticides (monthly pest control service) Super easy to schedule online after hours. Greeted by Nancy, professional and friendly, with a welcoming smile. Jennifer did vitals and checked me in. Again, professional and friendly. I met with Sarrah, FNP, professional and very easy to talk to. Never felt uncomfortable talking to her, she made you feel at ease. She did a detailed interview of what was occuring with me. I never once felt that she was in a rush to get in and out to see other patients. The new Maricopa AZ office is very clean, well maintained, rooms well stocked with supplies. Overall, very impressed with this location and staff and would HIGHLY recommend this location. ******

I do give the credit of being fast, but, how can you tell if some one is sick, when you do dont check the patient I was complaining of ear ache and when I asked if my ear was going to get checked, the provider responded, that the medicine she was prescribing will cover that

I recently visited Next Care Urgent Care due to severe lower back pain that had been bothering me for a few days. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and I didn't have to wait long to be seen by the medical staff. The Physician Assistant who treated me was very attentive and took the time to listen to my symptoms. They performed a thorough examination, asking detailed questions to pinpoint the cause of my pain. I appreciated that they explained everything clearly and didn't rush through the appointment. They prescribed pain relief medication. I felt well cared for and would definitely return to Next Care Urgent Care for any future urgent medical needs.

First time visiting. I cut my arm and did not feel like dealing with Dignity Urgent Care or driving to Banner in Casa Grande AZ. Treatment was great.

Found out my daughter needed a sports physical at the last minute. I was able to schedule online VERY easily, and got in the next day.  All of the staff was friendly and efficient.  Location was clean, quiet, and peaceful.  Honestly, best dr visit we’ve had in a very long time and not at all what I would expect from an Urgent care.  Great job!!

The staff are so friendly and accommodating . We were surprised on how fast the doctor see me .  Dr. Vanya is very nice and listen patiently . This is the first time we experience this kind of service from urgent care. Will gladly recommend this provider .
