About a 10 minute wait tome. Staff was friendly and Doctor I saw was very thorough and patient

People are nice and the clinic is so clean also the doctor is nice so happy i highly recomended price also not bad for the clinic

My 5 month old had been running a fever on and off for a few days took her in and instead of the front desk simply telling me they couldn’t do much for a infant I wasted my time and money to be seen by the dr for him to tell me she needed to be seen by a children’s hospital. The hospital ran a viral swab and turned out to be a virus. This could have been done there at the urgent care instead of sending me an hour away to an ER and paying even more money. Very disappointed and wish I could get my copay back for the waste of time I experienced. I feel as if they were just ready to go home and not deal with it even though I was there 2 hours before they closed.

Staff was unsuccessful processing my insurance and I had to pay out of pocket. I did not receive an itemized bill with Diagnostics and Procedure Codes to file a claim with my insurance. I am following up with the staff and am anticipating their prompt support ….?

The only negative was that the incorrect address was listed, twice, for the scheduled ER visit. Took half an hour of driving around then a phone call to get the correct one.

I scheduled an appointment for 1040am. It said arrive by 1025. I did. I sat in the waiting room for over a hour after my scheduled appointment time with no communication from the staff

Went for sports physical exam for my daughter. The doctor is not considerate enough and no bedside manner.

Took my grandson in for Pink Eye so he could get antibiotic eyedrops prescribed. We were a walk in, the whole process was quick. The whole process took less than an hour. The staff was polite and professional. The facility was quite clean. I would recommend this urgent care facility to anyone who needs care.

The kindness is felt upon arrival the wait was reasonable considering how busy it was urgency was always shown communication was always there . Only thing was the wiping of equipment after another patient sat down it was done in the waiting room not when getting labs .

Had a painful knee they were all so considerate and kind left feeling so much bettet
