Scheduling was in advance I scheduled at 7:00 AM for a 10:00 appt was seen at 10:20 waited over hour after nurse checked vitals! I was the 2nd patient in their waiting room only one came out and they called me! Running 20 min behind scheduled appt!  Too long for being seen and evaluation was 10 min total when the Dr did see me and evaluate! I got there at 9:50  appt 10:00eft at 11:30! Way too long! It wasn’t even busy but was getting  busier when I left! Longest total time I ever had to wait and to be seen! Need more PA’s!

I had something that just wasn't getting better on its own. At 1pm on a Monday, I booked an appointment for 2:15pm. There was a short wait, but I was in and out within 45 minutes with a prescription for what I needed. Dr Ashley Peyton was great 👍! I've been here before and the staff has been friendly and efficient each time.

I had no problem getting an appointment or being seen quickly, and once the actual issue was identified, they prescribed an appropriate antibiotic and got me out the door quickly with my prescription. Speed and efficiency were not the problem here. My concern was the lack of attention to the symptoms I was actually presenting with. I came in with a fever, body chills, body aches, urinary retention, and other symptoms that made me concerned I had a UTI, bladder infection, or another infection. I explained these symptoms during the initial intake process and specifically shared that I thought I might have a urinary infection. Despite that, the initial testing consisted of a very uncomfortable nasal swab for COVID and flu. When those results came back negative, the PA came into the room and appeared prepared to send me home. I said that I would still like a urinalysis, especially given the symptoms I had reported. Her response was essentially, “What symptoms are you having?” I then had to explain everything all over again. That was probably the most concerning part of the experience. I had already provided this information during intake, so either my symptoms weren’t adequately documented or the provider preparing to discharge me hadn’t reviewed them. Either way, it was troubling to realize that I was about to be sent home without anyone investigating the symptoms that had actually brought me there. I had to specifically advocate for the urinalysis. And, as it turns out, the urinalysis showed that I did, in fact, have a urinary tract/bladder infection. To their credit, once that was identified, they treated it promptly. I was prescribed an antibiotic and was able to leave quickly with my prescription, which I appreciated. But that’s also why the experience was so frustrating. Had I not pushed back and specifically requested the urinalysis, I could have walked out with a negative COVID/flu test while the infection I actually had went unaddressed. And to top off an already concerning visit, as I was leaving, a staff member called me by a name that wasn’t mine. Again, speed wasn’t the issue. I was able to get in quickly and, once the correct problem was identified, treatment was efficient. My concern was the apparent lack of attention to my reported symptoms and the fact that I had to advocate for basic testing that ultimately identified the reason I was sick.
