Nextcare Urgent Care, Eastmark

I made an appointment and after waiting 30 minutes I was called back.  I was then put in a room for an hour.  They came to take an xray of my foot and then an hour later told me they have been having trouble all day with radiologist system.  I had to leave, they called me at home a half hour later to say my foot was fractured.

My second visit with next care , I recieved great customer service . There was an Emergency I did not mind waiting as the patient had to come first.  The care from the physician was on point. Her care . She listened to my complaint and was very thermal I thank her for that. I would definitely refer Next care to my family. Thank you

Been here multiple times and never had any issues! The staff is great too.

Was up with bad headache and sinus pressure with a sinus infection. Was able to book a appointment quickly online. Staff was great! Physician was very personable and listened to my concerns and knew exactly how to treat me. Made me feel comfortable and explained everything.

Had bad sinus infection with headache. Was able to easily book an appointment the same day online and choose a time that worked for me. Was able to everything I needed to help. The staff was fantastic and kept me informed.

Friendly staff.  Went in without an appointment and was seen quickly.

Scheduled for a 5:30 pm, on Tuesday, arrived early and still had a ridiculous wait time. There were maybe one or two patients ahead of us. Felt like the symptoms described weren’t looked into or tested any further. Nice staff, however overall care- I was not impressed.  I won’t be back again despite it being so close and convenient. Not worth the money.

The Pa doesn’t seem to be experienced. She should have had my husband tested for Covid when he came in 5 days prior to my visit to the urgent care. I’m diabetic n I didn’t know he had Covid because he was NOT tested at the urgent care for Covid but when I went it I asked to be tested. You guys still need to n should test everyone for Covid unless if the patient denies it.

My daughter made my appointment on line the night before. Uploaded all the in that was needed. From the moment I walked in to the office I was asked if this was my name I said yes they asked me permission if they could charge the card. I said yes sat down. Waited a few minutes. I was in receptionist was great. The doctor was amazing. With the instructions I needed to take care of my injury.The service was great. Very caring staff. I will definitely go back if I need to go to urgent care again and I will definitely recommend this place to my family. Thank you so much.
