My appointment was great! I got back before my appointment time started and it was very quick! I would definitely be back

Worst medical experience I’ve ever had. First off you go in there and no one checks you in and “YOU” have to do yourself on your phone. Thank goodness I was not the one that was sick and I thought what if you didn’t bring your phone with you. While waiting more than a While waiting more than an half an hour, my girlfriend went into the restroom due to nausea and of course the nurse comes out and calls her name, the girl at the front desk says she’s in the bathroom. The nurse says OK goes back in and doesn’t return again for nine minutes.App is total pain in the ass to navigate. Reminded me of a Walmart self checkout. Why have someone at the front desk if they’re not there to check ya’ in.  I will never go back that’s for sure and sure as rain would not recommend. Stay away.

My son had a sore throat and a fever so I took him in because of the good experience we had the last time he was sick. They had set him up with a new nebulizer and the meds he needed. This time he also had a ear infection which they also treated and made sure he was prescribed everything he needed once again, including making sure he didn't run out of his albuterol. We scheduled ahead but were still surprised how quickly we were seen and out the door. Thank you!

Waited for about hour and half only to see provider for less than 5 mins. Didn’t prescribe anything for the main reason for the visit.

I received great care and all the staff was friendly. The treatment I received was professional and  satisfactory, not ao g wait time and I received a discharge plan.

This was day, three for me with head and upper chest congestion, and some difficulty breathing. The staff here was exceptional and very knowledgeable along with stay pleasant delivery knowledge so we were very pleased. Highly recommend.

Booking an appointment was easy and I was able to get an appointment within an hour. Saw FNP Karen Knoll who was efficient, knowledgeable, and personable. I was seen, treated, and discharged in less than an hour.

I have 3 kids and the ease of scheduling/filling out forms/being called back into a room and seen was all super quick. Amazing staff and physicians. They all listened to my concerns got me a RX and said if anything else arose please come back in. This is the only urgent care I’ll ever go to.

The NP that I saw was super friendly, but the receptionist was obviously frustrated and impatient with a patient on the phone. Maybe this was the 10time this person called that day, I don’t know. Then she went to the back and the entire waiting room could hear her complaining loudly about this person on the phone. Now i get loosing patience, but people in the waiting room should never hear you complain about a person on the phone.  Wonder what else is said about patients after they leave or call in……

Excellent customer service. The office was very clean. The NP heard my concerns and recommended the right medicine. I am feeling much better now. Thank you!!
