Scheduling was ok but I just don’t like the check in process. Everything is done online but when you arrive there they ask you to check in online again! But provider was excellent. The staff was friendly but the waiting room was dirty

I had some lower back pain and needed to make an appt and it was quick and early appointments available for me to select online. Walked in greeted and staff was friendly and service was great. I recommend anyone to select this next care urgent care if need be.

Was here from another state and had to come here and had excellent care.   The provider was wonderful.  I wish we had this place back home.  The staff and provider offered excellent service and care.

Needed x-rays, not available.  Wish  we had known nothing could be done beforehand. Didn’t need to be seen.

Came in with a shingles flare up. Medical provider insisted that shingles was “a burn” and “does not itch”.  Was told I would be given a steroid injection.  Medical provider returned, saying the injection would have serious interactions with my daily medication, so she would call in an oral script instead.  MA comes in carrying an injection.  I tell her the provider said I wasn’t getting that.  She continued to prep the injection, and got angry when I asked her to confirm with the provider.   She came back (without the injection) said “she will be back with your discharge papers, then left.   Provider was with another patient when she came out of the treatment room and asked the front desk attendant if she could administer “clonidine”.  Concerning a provider is asking the front desk staff for medical advice.

Great providers. Very efficient and knowledgeable. Great office staff. I have been to this office several times and everyone has always been great. Thank you

Easy to make an appointment and the care and entire process was EXCEPTIONAL!

Scheduling an appointment was real simple, and made the whole process go quickly.

Doctor was super rude. Talked to me about my results while walking out of the door and didn’t even let me ask questions.

The provider was wonderful and really helped me with my symptoms. I wish I could say the same for the rest of the staff. It was late in the day (5 pm), and it felt like everyone was just waiting to go home. The receptionist was lounging/yawning at the front and the intake staff was very cold. I expected a friendlier environment based on how nice the office looks, but the staff's attitude didn't match the quality of the care.
