The Pa doesn’t seem to be experienced. She should have had my husband tested for Covid when he came in 5 days prior to my visit to the urgent care. I’m diabetic n I didn’t know he had Covid because he was NOT tested at the urgent care for Covid but when I went it I asked to be tested. You guys still need to n should test everyone for Covid unless if the patient denies it.

My daughter made my appointment on line the night before. Uploaded all the in that was needed. From the moment I walked in to the office I was asked if this was my name I said yes they asked me permission if they could charge the card. I said yes sat down. Waited a few minutes. I was in receptionist was great. The doctor was amazing. With the instructions I needed to take care of my injury.The service was great. Very caring staff. I will definitely go back if I need to go to urgent care again and I will definitely recommend this place to my family. Thank you so much.

This was such a easy visit. I appreciated the patient portal and update on prescription details and pick up reminders.  Staff was all great!

I had an appointment scheduled for 3:00 PM and checked in at 2:50 PM. Despite arriving early, I waited approximately an hour and a half before being seen. After the examination, a test was performed and I was told the results would be ready in about 10 minutes. However, I ended up waiting another 30 minutes for the report. The cost was also significantly higher than what I have experienced at other urgent care facilities, especially considering the overall experience and wait time. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my visit and would not return to this urgent care or recommend it to others.

I have only had good experiences at this location. It all depends on what you’re using the urgent care for. I have used it 3 times in the last 3 years, and each time I have been able to make an appointment same day, within an hour or two even. The care has been 100% each time, from reception, MA and NP. My needs have been pretty simple, but have left feeling satisfied each time. I am grateful to have this urgent care 5 minutes from home

The wait time was horrible!! My apt was for 10am but I wasnt called back until 11am, after an hour. I brought my daughter in to be seen for severe stomach cramps. We live very close to this urgent care so I was hoping we would be done by 11 because my daughter had a class at 11am but she ended up missing that class.

Front desk lady took a long time to acknowledge the line in front of her. I was tested for a few things, told I had none of them, then told actually one of them came back positive. Then was given no paperwork so it's like my visit never happened. I couldn't go to work today but have no information to give my work on my diagnosis.

There was no sense of urgency with the staff while I was having an asthma attack and needed a breathing treatment.

Scheduled an appointment for the afternoon. Pretty easy and convenient. Arrived at the facility. The check-in process was easy since I had prefilled the paperwork. The administrative assistant was pleasant and informed me that they were running behind. I thought maybe cool 15-20 mins max. It was an hour later. Luckily, I didn't have to pick up my kids; otherwise, I would have left. Once, finally, I was called to be seen process took 5 mins, and the PA prescribed the correct stuff I needed. Would I go back? Maybe if there were no wait time.
