I am extremely pleased with the ease with the entire process. The staff was friendly and pleasant and would not hesitate going back.

It was great checking in and the staff and nurse practitioner was amazing.

Had a problem with headache due to nostrils not able to release mucus. Provider was great & sent the medication to Walmart. I was able to get the medicine very promptly.

On line scheduling was easy. The staff were kind and professional. I will recommend to my family and neighbors. Yes, I would recommend the provider.

Husband had taken a bad fall.  Tore a layer of skin off his arm.  Multiple small wounds on both arms and both knees. The staff was wonderful, NP was awesome very calm, explained what we needed to do. Gave us some bandages to take home and redo the wounds the next day. I would recommend this facility.  Great care!

Was told a prescription was sent to Walgreens for pick up, and it wasn't there. Nextcare is closed on Sunday, so now I have to go early in the morning before work. I will be using another Urgent Care Center from now on.

Excellent staff from beginning to end of appointment.

I still have the burning, have taken  a pill every 12 hrs. Due for my third one when I get home from work , hope the burning ceases soon. Thank you

The receptionist was great. The primary nurse (Nurse Practitioner) was also great. The in between nurse was pretty curt and dismissive.  Overall, it’s a great service and I’d recommend to everyone.

I’ve had a cough for the past week and decided to finally go in to get it checked out. I scheduled an appointment, showed up 40 minutes early, and was not seen until a two hours after my scheduled time. I then sat in the waiting room where I was told to wait for paperwork. I asked and made sure if I should speak with the front test, they then assured me I would be called up when they’re ready. I waited for 25 minutes until I finally felt like I had been forgotten about and sure enough the receptionist was in her phone and said she mistook me for someone else. The bright side is, the staff and the PA are super kind and seem to care. The establishment is just being ran incredibly poorly, with no updates front the staff as you wait, no sense of urgency, and lack of respect of people’s time. What I thought was a quick appointment ended up turning into a 3 hour waste of my time.
