I came into urgent care for a painful lump in my arm, your office staff sent the prescription to the wrong pharmacy and still after over 24 hrs I still can’t get my prescription and all I’m asking for is an antibiotic !!!! After calling several times to get a run around still nothing!!! I wouldn’t recommend this office to anybody!!!!!

The receptionist and everyone was fine, but the practitioner didn’t listen to me at all. I was trying to explain what I was feeling and she kept telling me that it wasn’t that and starting speaking to me all slow like I was a child. I did NOT feel listened to in the slightest

I had a persistent sore throat and scheduled a 9am appointment the night before. I checked in in person at 8:55am. Another group arrived a good 15 minutes after I did and got seen first. When I asked the receptionist why, she said it was because they had an 8:45 appointment and checked remotely on the app. I thought it was unfair that you could wander in late and get seen first, over someone who was physically there on time. This group also seemed to know the receptionist personally which made it seem even more unfair, although the receptionist insisted it was just the system. Despite my appointment, I waited over an hour to be seen. Thankfully the medical staff was very kind. But the scheduling system is unfair and rewards lateness.

My son was experiencing a headache that did not subside with acetaminophen which was accompanied by a fever. I was able to get an appt quick and he was seen right away. The staff member who took vitals was not very friendly and appeared moody but the rest of the staff was friendly which per usual

My son came back from school sick with sore throat and runny nose. I took him direct to NextCare Urgent Care without appointment. I was the second one in line and I filled out all the application online. They called in my son immediately and we were done with everything within 35 min. All the stuff and the doctor were so nice and professional. Thank you for everything and for your smiles. God bless you all.
