I would not recommend this location. The staff was terrible and careless. They didn’t see the urgency and proceeded to charge my card cash when I made them aware I had health insurance

I went in Wednesday for a sinus infection and saw Regina Jones. I specifically asked for amoxicillin because I have a lot of allergies and don’t like new medication. I was given Augmentin, which I had an allergic reaction to. I called the next day and was told I was allergic to penicillin, which I am not, and was prescribed doxycycline. Thursday and Friday I had a migraine so bad I couldn’t see straight and was throwing up, I learned today, that’s a common side effect of that particular anabiotic. I came in Saturday and saw Solanch Tangap. I specifically asked for prednisone because I have an allergy to NSAIDs and acetaminophen. I have received this multiple times from this next care.I was then offered tramadol. Three times she insisted I take it until I said I’m allergic to NSAIDS and acetaminophen, to which she responded, I can’t have it. I was then prescribed methylprednisolone. Again, I said I don’t like taking new medication’s because I have a lot of allergies. She said it was the same thing, a steroid and it was fine. The prescription said to take six pills. I took two and had heart palpitations and an anxiety attack. I called and asked for prednisone only. Because I had already taken the steroid I was informed by the pharmacist I could take nothing else until the morning. Outside of heart palpitations, the steroid did not work and the migraine came back. I ended up in the emergency room today. I explained everything to the ER Doctor who was so confused why two medical professionals would refuse to give a patient the exact prescriptions they were asking for when they have a laundry list of allergies to medication‘s. I don’t care if somebody is wearing a white coat, more often than not they don’t know better than the patient. Especially when they offered me a shot of a drug that would’ve landed me in the emergency room. Beyond disappointed this week in my care and don’t know if I’ll be back to this location with this level of arrogance and when medical staff allows their egos to run the show instead of listening to the patient and “causing no harm.”

I was able to be seen as soon as paperwork was completed. I also liked the short form. I was welcomed and treated well by all staff that I encountered.  My only complaint was that the prescriptions that was sent into the pharmacy was not approved by the insurance company. And I couldn’t contact the doctor to see if there was an alternative. Because of the AI receiving the call and not being able to explain what I needed. Thank you

Came in without an appt and with 5 people ahead of us, we were still seen in under 30 min. Staff was friendly and managed around a raging toddler well! Although she was very upset the nurses and doctors provided the care she needed with kindness and efficacy! This will be our permanent urgent care moving forward.

Was able to make same day appointment for my daughter. The front desk person was extremely friendly and pleasant at check-in. We were seen, had meds sent to the pharmacy and Dr note for school! The Dr was great. We will definitely go back.

Came in with my son right from a football game. I did not have the insurance card and the wonderful lady working the check in desk was patient with me and kept him on the wait list while I called family to locate the card.  Nurses and nurse practitioners were calm and professional and it helped keep my son calm. It was a good experience

Called to schedule appt. Told AI assistant I was making the appointment for X-rays for a potential broken foot. She repeated back to me and put x-ray for the reason. Got there and was told no one was there to do x-rays. Felt like a wasted appt but I did get orders and a fancy shoe to reduce motion. Staff and provider were lovely and I know it wasn't their fault. Need better communication with AI

Excellent service every time! The staff is friendly, professional, and caring. It’s always very quick to see a doctor, and I never have to wait long. They make the whole experience easy and stress-free. I love this place, and it’s the only urgent care I go to whenever I need medical attention. I highly recommend it!
