Upon arrival, the front desk lady, I had let her know that I was needing an area to be bandaged up and she’s like we don’t do that here and I said all I’m asking for is literally a bandage and she’s like I’m sorry I can’t get you until 11 for drainage so I was already frustrated because she wasn’t listening to me so I told her let me speak to a manager she disregarded me and I re-explained that all I was literally needing was a bandage so after I insisted on speaking to the manager two times, she finally got me in immediately. Instead of 11 am.

Doctor was fine. What sucks is your policies. I walk in right after u open. There are no patients waiting and I'm pretty certain no patients in examination rooms. Receptionist asks me if I have an appointment. I say no. She says the next available appointment is 1:45 minutes away. So I make appointment and drive home and wait and drive back. Place was still a ghost town. ITS AN URGENT CARE NOT A PRIMARY CARE DOCTORS OFFICE. if u can't reasonably handle walk ins IN AN URGENT CARE I will have to find another place.

The experience was excellent.  I filled out all of my paperwork online ahead of time.  The wait to see a doctor was short.  He did a thorough exam and was to he point.  I was in and out in less than 1/2 hour.

Entire process was GREAT, staff and medical care was outstanding. Did find it difficult to find…directions not specific just says make left turn,then right turn.  We found. Building and happy and pleased with service provided.  Will definitely recommend this service

PA Lopez listened carefully and clearly told me how to continue care. He was reassuring, thorough and the entire visit was handled in an unrushed but efficient manner. Medical asst Ruben was very professional.

The wrist band helped so much. Thanks for taking the X-ray  no broken bones.

Front desk staff was a pleasant surprise. We’ve been to this location many times and every time the people at the front desk were curt and borderline rude. The 2 there last night were wonder and very helpful!

The PA was FANTASTIC!! He was attentive and compassionate and efficient. Cannot recommend him enough! The assistant that walked me to the room was cold, indifferent and seemed bothered by having to deal with me.

Super friendly and efficient. Very gentle in dealing with my injured shoulder. Took X-rays and had the results very quickly. I would highly recommend this office.
