Severe neck pain for several days. Walked into the Urgent Care office and I was greated, checked in and saw a PA fairly quickly. I would recommend them when you can't get in right away to see your GP.

Went in for a urine test- booked appt.  Usually go to carefree phx location.  Due to Taylor Sehorn who listens and considers patient.  Plus no 1 hour and 45 minute wait.  I get there and wait and listen to everyone complaining about the wait. I See Kellly.  She tells me I have blood in urine.  She said I do not want to call anything in. We continue to go round and round about seeing a specialists —and I want meds.  I explain over and over I do not live here.  It is Thursday I leave Monday I would like to get meds. She continues to say I do not want call anything in. Then once again a specialist.  It goes on and on.  Then she says we will call you with results.  They have never called.  Taylor Sehorn calls asap.  Why I came here as a paying patient is ridiculous. I understand she has her opinion —but I know my body. I went to avoid getting sick on the weekend. I have never been told No for meds with blood in my urine. My back hurts all the time.  I will not go here again.  My whole body has been sick since I left.  It is horrible my Bp is so up. It is terrible to be treated like this. On her behave she was a nice person she just doesn’t listen to patients.  Save yourself and go to another clinic.  I will go to carefree.

As a walk-in, the wait time was very short.  The receptionist and staff were very courteous and kind.  I’d rate this ER excellent!!

Staff was kind. Understand the provider had a lot to juggle, but didn’t leave with many questions answered. Would’ve liked to spend a couple more minutes reviewing what’s going on (especially after an hour wait) to see if I could’ve been treated better. They gave me a boot for my sprained ankle and asked if I needed crutches which I declined, but still in serious pain and despite taking X-rays, what’s actually going on feels unanswered since I was looking for an answer more muscle or ligament related. Didn’t quite get the time to even go over it.
