I walked in for a DOT physical and the waiting room was completely empty. No one came or went the entire time, so it didn’t seem like anyone was being treated in the back either. A couple came in after me and left an hour later when they realized they were not going to be provided treatment in a suitable time frame for their issue. Despite the DOT physical being a 30-minute procedure at most, I ended up waiting 2 hours and 30 minutes. The staff weren’t rude, but they seemed untrained at the front desk and couldn’t provide me with the correct documentation until the main receptionist returned from break. Overall, the clinic wasn’t unpleasant, but the staff were inexperienced and the wait was very slow—even when no one else was ahead of me.

Went in for vertigo symptoms and felt dehydrated. No tests were ran to check my electrolytes. I was only told to do some exercises, prescribed pills and to get a PCP. I could’ve done this online, but I paid $50 for this. Didn’t really feel like I was actually being cared for
