NextCare Urgent Care, San Antonio (Culebra Rd) - a BSWHealth partner

I had never been to an urgent care . I m used to  seeing MD s just my personal choice, but I was grateful to have a nice NP on my visit. I liked the clinic visit summary print out given to me at end of appointment without having to ask for it for my records and the check in process from start to finish st this location was professional . The front desk lady was helpful with my check in as I do not particularly like tablet/chromebook check ins  Overall my experience at this location on Lone Star @ Culebra was comfortable ..  Thank you staff for that

Made an appointment online checked in from the car before appointment time and got a text a few minutes later that our appointment was ready. Doctors and staff were all so nice and helpful. This location is excellent!! We use them all the time!!

I have no problem at all with my visit yesterday. I was happy with Ana and the entire staff.

Able to schedule an appointment and see a dr or nurse practitioner for my needs. The checking staff and care flowed well and wait time was limited. I considered the wait time to be minimal compared to not getting in at all.

They were friendly, professional and respectful. However the flushing of my ear did not produce anything but skin flakes, and now I have an ear infection. I went in with zero pain just fullness and muffled hearing. Not blaming them! Just stating what happened after

I was a walk-in and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and easy the whole experience was. I was in and out in under 45 minutes! The entire staff was wonderful—from the receptionists and nurse to the doctor. Everyone was friendly, professional, and informative. I felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend them!

The PA Ms. Loan Doan . Was incredible . Very kind and went out of her way to help get me scheduled for after care . Would recommend this location .

I regretted coming to urgent care because I paid to still needing to go to my doctor because they can’t do much. Shot I received did not help me symptoms told to come back for is why I was there to begin with

Our wait time was unbelievable! Our appt was at 12:40 and we did not see the Dr until 3:00. They took x-rays and we still have not gotten the results ! How are we suppose to get the results?

Dr was very attentive and helped with my needs. We use this Nextcare location for our family because they are always professional,  very little wait time and very attentive.
