The doctor who works on weekends is excellent. He really listens to you, takes the time to understand your concerns, and is always very thorough. His nurse is also so kind and attentive, and the gentleman at the front desk is always very helpful. I also really appreciate that he speaks Spanish. I’ve always had a great experience with the entire team!

I felt the staff was friendly. The exam room felt dirty, the wheels on the BP cart were clogged with hair, looked like a dog had been brushed by it.  I don’t feel I was listened to well, as my pain was surrounding my left knee, behind my knee, and above my knee. I felt it was the soft tissue, was sent for X ray, no soft tissue exam happened. X ray negative. They gave me crutches, which have been helpful. I have called them twice today, still waiting for a response.

Woke up not feeling well on Saturday. I was able to schedule an appointment online for an appointment a hour later. All paperwork was filled in online so checkin at the front desk was quick.  The wait time to see the PA was about ten minutes. I definitely would recommend this NextCare Urgent Care. Everyone was friendly and efficient! I would definitely recommend PA Jaylee Printke.
