I had a severe laceration on my knee cause by a metal’s sharp edge from a home project I was working on. I was bleeding profusely. The staff at NextCare immediately took me in and assessed my laceration. They noticed there was a pulsation in my blood flood indicating a cut artery. They immediately called an ambulance service to transport me to the nearest hospital.  It could have been a life saving decision. Thank you NextCare.

I booked an 8:40 appt and was not taken back until 9:15  They messed up my prescription and getting them to fix it was the biggest hassle  I work in healthcare and am aware of how easy it is to direct scripts where they need to go and I was told the provider would get to it when she could.  Meanwhile I have 102 fever and can’t swallow with strep throat.

Scheduling is super easy. It is however frustrating when you make an appointment and there is literally Bonnie in the building or parked out front and they still have you wait 10-15 minutes past your appointment time. The male nurse practitioner I had this time was not very professional or pleasant. Seemed very full of himself and had a God complex. Some of the NP I’ve had in the past were wonderful! This guy was not the one.
