Always attentive and responsive, I feel the care  that I get here is premium .  Definitely recommend this provider .

Was surprised at the wait but that sometimes happens. Once being seen, the care was fantastic. The eye drops I need are only available to be prescribed by an ophthalmologist. Not possible without a visit to an ER. But the suggestion of an oral steroid was the next best and it really helped. We also discussed possible causes of this reoccurring problem and it was recommended that I look to a specialist when I get home. Will do!

I definitely recommend this place. Easy to make an appointment. I was having issues with ears and determined to have an infection. Prescribed meds and on my way. All staff professional and friendly. I have visited this urgent care several times and always satisfied with treatment.

Having issues with a cold with coughing and not being able to breathe. I was examined and found to have probable inflammation in the bronchial tubes . I was prescribed some medication to help alleviate this issue. I was seen very quickly. All the staff was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place.

Woke with a pain in blood in my urine got concerned and my primary doctor was unable to see me until later this week. Made an appointment with NextCare right away and within less than 30 minutes from scheduling, I will see above the staff the easiness to schedule an appointment check-in and check out

Front desk attendant could have been a robot. Non communicative, ...just sign the qr code and have a seat...no more communication. Spend money in training front desk staff. Nurse and nurse practitioner were great. Followup call is horrible. Got a roboresponse for needed information...put a person on the phone and increase your customer service score.

Came in earlier then appointment time and was seen earlier. Awesome doctors

I usually go here to receive treatment. That treatment consist of a steroid shot and a general exam from Dr. yesterday I refused a Covid/flu swab and immediately received pushback from the DR. I asked for a steroid shot and was told by her and the other Dr that’s not how they practice there. I asked when this changed as I had just recently received the treatment. They it’s always been that way. I will not CONFORM to you alls ignorant request of the covid scare swab etc. you will never see me or anyone from my family again in this clinic. I will be filing with the State as well.

Staff was all so kinda and amazing! I felt so at ease and they were great at following up on results.
