Very easy to schedule appointment online. Staff was friendly and physician assistant I saw was attentive and thorough. Would definitely recommend for urgent care needs.

How can you tell if urgent care is on time with their visits once you arrive? On this day, they were 1 hour behind due to an urgent with a patient. Do texts get sent to the phone saying or changing your check-in time if they are behind?

I waited for 2 HOURS with my daughter just to get a prescription for an OTC medication. When we checked in at 1:44pm, there was one person in the waiting room. We were triaged about 30 minutes later and then were placed in a room. After an hour and a half of waiting, I asked if we were going to be seen and was told that that NP was the only one there and that she had been doing a procedure. She then came into our room (conveniently after I started asking questions???), looked at my daughter's eye, had ME also look at her eye, and then said she would need to 'figure out what to do.' We then waited ANOTHER 30 minutes before I went out AGAIN and tried to find another human being to ask why this was taking so long. The person I found then printed out 'discharge instructions' with a prescription for an OTC medication. Never saw the NP again after her initial unsure assessment. The other staff was friendly and kind, but this place needs a serious overhaul with time management. 2 hours is an expected ER wait time...not Urgent Care when there is one on every corner.

I went in for a sore shoulder. I got in quickly after making an appointment online. I got into the room fairly quickly, and the dr came in within 10 minutes, but I saw her for about 1.5 minutes before she came to the conclusion and told me she’d get me some exercises to help but I never got those. I’ve been in pain for a month and kinda just wanted someone to listen. Normally the providers there listen and are thorough. This time wasn’t the case.

The office receptionist was kind to me and helped me. The nurse and PA Earl were awesome! Thank you

Had a bad cough for two days and hadn’t slept for two nights. Was told to wait 7 days and return if I wasn’t any better. Hardly any time spent with me. I’m not any better, but won’t return.

We had a 1 pm appointment but wasn’t called in until 1:35.

I didn’t get her name but she check my ear due to infection and it has so much pus in it she didn’t bother to clean it and gave me ear wick now when i place the ear wick it won’t go all the way due to the pus that is blocking the way. Scheduling and other stuff are good.
