This location along with its staff are efficient, friendly, and caring. The Physician was thorough and explained the type of medication and what to expect. I was able to easily make an appointment at a time that was convenient for me. Check-in on the app is simple and then only a short wait. I fully trust this urgent care provider.

I told the nurse and that my pharmacy was walgreens and I told the doctor that my pharmacy was walgreens , yet you called it in to Walmart, when I could have had it right away, Now I have to wait ninety minutes. Apparently this urgent care often sends things to walmart , when it is supposed to be walgreens. How hard is it? Your online scheduling app sucks also, by the way. It took forever to make an appointment.I had to keep in the information repeatedly.And then you just canceled it for me later.Because apparently you can't figure out how to put my son's insurance into your system. The urgent care worked much better before your company took over.

The doctor was absolutely great for out of towners needing come quick help for a sick kiddo! Many thanks to all of the staff who were friendly and attentive.

I was told that my prescriptions would be sent immediately over to the pharmacy, since they were closing in 40 minutes. That didn't happen, I went the next morning to pharmacy and still no prescriptions. So I went back to Urgent Care to find out nothing had been documented in my file, and the NP was no longer working there. The receptionist was very sorry and said she would have someone from Telamed call me as soon as possible. This person was extremely sorry for what happened and got me what I needed.

I really liked the way Fred was thorough and understanding in elucidating my symptoms and in giving advice to use steam to help the healing process. I do recommend this provider and the NextCare Urgent Care in Taos. I am accustomed to finding all staff here exceptionally accommodating and staff on this day were so nice, made me feel at ease. Thank you for ensuring a pleasant and effective experience for me in medical care.

Made appt evening before for 5 pm was. Not Seen till 645 . Was there on time (early) but sat and waited with no info about checking in , just asked to sit down finally about 35 min or so I asked did I need to check in or my insurance info. Was told 2 people ahead  seemed like  more. No info given unless u asked. Other then that provider was patient and  efficient.

The waiting time is about two hours long for you to be attended to if you have time to waste it will be your favorite place the staff is not friendly and in short it needs to improve

Understaffed... only doing x-rays 2X a week. Telehealth only on certain days...are you even looking for workers?

Scheduling went smoothly, check in was ok  desk person , needs to brush up on her people skills, when I checked in she was reading a text book , seemed like I was interrupting her studies. Medical assistant was much better.  The Dr was Awesome . She was very helpful giving me info I needed . And yes of course I would recommend this provider..
