Staff very professional and caring. Hope I don’t have a continuing medical issue, but if I do, I’m coming back here!!!

I woke up this morning with shortness of breath and was nervous to go somewhere new. I'm glad that I went. The staff was so welcoming and attentive to my needs. The office was clean and I felt safe. I would highly recommend.

We made an appt for 1:30 and weren’t seen until after 2pm. That was very frustrating as my daughter has adhd and anxiety and waiting for her is very hard. Everything else was great. But why have online appts if it is going to not run on time.

This was a nightmare of waiting. Had appt for 4 pm. Got called back at 445. In the room  for 59 minutes. Other people waited longer. Come to find out only ONE provider. That info should be made available  before you book appointment or walk in!! So you can check around other places. Very infuriating, but the dr was great.

The head nurse on staff needs some serious bedside manner training. She was very stressful to be around and after 3 minutes of talking to her I didn’t want to be in there anymore. It made communication very difficult for me as I have a stutter and she didn’t offer any alternatives or help without talking down to me first. Honestly won’t be coming back because of how uncomfortable she made me.  Everyone else was very nice and kind tho. They all had good communication skills.

Booked appointment.  Had to wait a little bit longer because young guy cut his finger off. Understandable. When I got to see the doctor she listened to everything and was helpful, efficient and kind. Good experience even though I felt awful.

Booked my appointment same day. Wait time was a little past the appt time but nothing unreasonable. Had masks available for those with cold symptoms. Immediately got tests done for strep & left with a prescription for antibiotics. Quick & easy with kind staff.

Provider did not seem to care too much about my pain, the main reason I was there. Was not drug seeking, I was in REAL pain. I was there on time & when I checked in, the receptionist said the provider was not there yet & it would be just a couple of minutes, which was not a problem since I was the first one there. Staff was friendly, however, when you’re in pain, that was not my first concern. Will probably choose another facility next time.
