From the moment I checked in, the entire experience was smooth, efficient, professional, and genuinely caring. The doctor who cared for me was truly exceptional. They were incredibly kind, compassionate, patient, and thorough. They took the time to listen to what I was experiencing, explain everything clearly, answer my questions, and make sure I understood the plan of care. I never felt rushed or dismissed, which means so much when you’re dealing with significant pain and discomfort. What impressed me most was the doctor’s wonderful bedside manner and genuine concern for my comfort. They treated me with respect and compassion while also being knowledgeable and professional. I walked away feeling reassured that I had been heard and that I was in good hands. The staff at NextCare were also friendly, welcoming, and professional, and the scheduling and check-in process was remarkably easy. I noticed a rash this morning, I scheduled a virtual visit and the Dr. did an amazing job over the virtual visit. He had my script sent in and I was able to receive it in an hour to start using. This being my first time experience was no hassle and amazing work! Thanks! I would definitely recommend this provider.

Was up all night with pain from a UTI. Called and immediately got seen within a half hour. Was prescribed antibiotics within the hour. The health care worker was so kind and understanding in listening and getting to the root of the issue. I highly recommend this clinic to all my friends. I always receive great care when I call!

Had UTI symptoms start to develop on a holiday weekend. Made a virtual appointment for the next morning and was seen on time. This was a wonderful experience to receive care as quickly as possible.
