Setting up and getting into the appointment where very easy and quick. The provider was extremely rude and lacked bedside manner and courtesy. I’ve always had great expectations using the telemed appointments and going into the next care urgent care facilities. It was only this specific provider that treated me who was not friendly at all and honestly not very helpful either.

This process was so much easier than I expected! Scheduling was easy (but maybe a bit long), I waited in the virtual waiting room for only a minute or two, and the provider was sooo nice! I will definitely use this service again! 🫶

I’ve been sick for a week with a sinus infection and finally decided to make a visit. Brent was kind and attentive, super knowledgeable and great “bedside” manner. My experience was better than anticipated .

I woke up feeling terrible and it’s impossible to get a same day appointment and the last thing you want to worry about when you’re sick is scheduling, getting in the car and driving around. The telehealth appointment was a lifesaver. It took 15 minutes from scheduling to seeing the doctor for including paperwork. I didn’t have to leave home and was given a diagnosis and prescription right away. The doctor was very nice and attentive and had the friendliest bedside manner. I 100% would recommend.
