Nextcare Urgent Care, Arizona Virtual Visit

Professional, prompt, understanding service. Virtual visit was easy, fast and worked well.

The actual virtual visit with the Dr was fine. During the visit, I requested a note from the Dr, excusing my child from school. I did not receive it. I attempted to call to discuss with Solv Customer Service only to find they DO NOT have a customer service number; only an email address. I sent them an email, explaining the situation, the fact that my child had to stay home again today and requested a note excusing her absence from school for yesterday and today. I also included in the email my extreme disappointment that I could not actually speak to someone about these concerns. Crickets. No Response. Still no letter to excuse her absence from school. While the actual appointment with the Dr. was acceptable, the after-visit support was atrocious. It is unfortunate that the Urgent Care in my area utilizes this 3rd party vendor. I will have to find a different Urgent Care as I will not continue to support Solv Health due to their lack of patient support.

Woke up with a infection in my eyelid was so wonderful to be able to be seen in the comfort of my own home and not have to try and fit a dr appointment visit into my schedule was so very quick and convenient and the staff was wonderful very friendly

Scheduled an appointment at 2 am and was able to schedule something as soon as 5 if needed. Staff was timely, quick and super helpful. Overall great experience given the circumstances

I had a rash that was spreading on my hand and was able to get it looked at through a video call in about 15 minutes after scheduling. It was amazing. The doctor was great. She listened and was very helpful. I would recommend this provider and this way to see a doctor..

The doctor was so professional and even let my son explain all his symptoms. I would definitely request another telehealth appointment with her. It was a great experience and made my night so much less stressful!
