PAYMENT Many insurances cover a virtual health visit. You will have an opportunity to add your insurance information. Without insurance, the virtual visit cash price is $125. We accept most major insurances and many cover virtual health visits. Self-pay visits are available for a fee of $125. Members of our Advantage program qualify for virtual visits for $39. Setting up and getting into the appointment where very easy and quick. The provider was extremely rude and lacked bedside manner and courtesy. I’ve always had great expectations using the telemed appointments and going into the next care urgent care facilities. It was only this specific provider that treated me who was not friendly at all and honestly not very helpful either.

I woke up feeling terrible and it’s impossible to get a same day appointment and the last thing you want to worry about when you’re sick is scheduling, getting in the car and driving around. The telehealth appointment was a lifesaver. It took 15 minutes from scheduling to seeing the doctor for including paperwork. I didn’t have to leave home and was given a diagnosis and prescription right away. The doctor was very nice and attentive and had the friendliest bedside manner. I 100% would recommend.
