NextCare Urgent Care, Tucson (S Calle Santa Cruz)

When in with a swollen face and have had this happen in the past when I told the doctor what they diagnosed me with last time she had attitude and disagreed  with me .I feel misdiagnosed. She would not hear me out and refused to give me any antibiotics. I wasted money on a co payment when I may now have to go to emergency room.

It was nice in and out everyone was friendly staff, care easy to check in.

Did not schedule was a walk in, check in process was fine, wait time was excellent-first one before 7 others walked in, yes would recommend

I have a cold that had been lingering coughing a lot so I went on line and made a appointment it was very easy and fast I went and and was seen fast the staff was as very nice and helpful the office was as also very clean I have been there on several occasions and always nice Service is always nice I would definitely recommend this nex care

I fell at home and had a gash in my forehead. Staff was friendly and professional. The doctor talked quietly like he was talking to himself. He had me lay down and applied glue to my forehead. He mumbled that he guessed it would fall off at some point. When I got home, I had glue in my eyebrow and it seemed to run down my face and to my hair line. It just didn’t seem like he knew what he was doing. My cut is still open under the glue so I will have a scar.

Got seen rite away didn't have to wait, dr got me i gave medicine and I was on my way

I have only visit medical facilities when absolutely necessary due to all of the previous poor care, rude staff, and excessive push on unnecessary medication and procedures. Yesterday’s visit has given me hope that maybe there are good care providers that actually care enough to get to know their patients before interacting, take their time to listen, provide information on condition, treatment and plan. I am very thankful and grateful for her time and attention.

The website didn’t work so I had the call and use the voice messaging service. The personal who checked me spent 5 minutes before running out the door. She looked at my ear once for a quick glance and concluded inner outer ear infection. The medication isn’t working and the ear drops have now clogged up my ear to where I can’t hear. I feel the rush job was ill-advised, unprofessional and negligent. I contacted staff over the phone and the representative told me I would have to set a new appointment in which incurs another cost on top of an already strenuous bill. Why pay more for bad service all over again?

Took to long of a Waite just sting well staff was loud and laughing then had to wait for ever for xray again staff was being loud and talking and laughing loud  in armed of tending to the people in the rooms I won’t go back there again nor recommend any one to go there

Got in a car accident and was in so much pain the next morning. I got to easily book my appointment online and got seen within the hour. The office is clean and called to see the doctor fast. All the staff was exceptional and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for a better visit. I would definitely recommend:
