Walked in, take over 45 minutes to get seen, spend $275. Just to tell me, my little tube on my left ear was a little milky might be allergies. That is crazy

It was great and they helped me very much with the pain in my ankle

Bedside manner was not the greatest with nurse and doctor. I did not feel taken care of or properly seen.

Before taking peoples money they should let them know if they can actually treat a person. Not make up excuses saying “we dont have xray” instead of letting the patient know ahead of time so we dont spend the little money we have and not want to refund us after they did absolutely nothing but tell me to go to the ER! Very unprofessional. Then for the staff to tell us to come back another day when a different provider is there was very unprofessional. Made us feel like the Nurse practitioner has no experience or knows what they are doing!

It was my first time using nextcare and it was very nice. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful helping me navigate my way through the check in process. Everyone was very professional and I liked my doctor.

I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to be rushed out within 5 minutes. I was having symptoms of an ear infection and she told me I didn’t have one before even looking In my ear then told me you have no ear infection you’re fine gargle with salt and water and walked out. When I chose to get a second opinion I did in fact have an ear infection. I would NEVER recommend that provider or the establishment to anyone. Better off going anywhere else.

I am very pleased with the care I received at my visit. Very professional, kind, caring staff. Efficient and definitely recommend.

Woke up this morning with a swollen eye, was able to get an appointment right away less than five minute. Wait when I got there the doctor was great. Put in a couple of prescriptions for me and I was on my way.

I told the NP that I have a history of severe asthma and was having a bad flare for about 5 days. Was having many symptoms of respiratory infection evolving to bronchitis or possibly worse. She didn’t bother to give me prednisone or antibiotics which is what I need to recover-every time! I’ve had asthma since birth.  Asthmatics know their body! Asthma isn’t to be tempted or played with. She called in solution for my neb and a new inhaler after lecturing me about needing a PCP - obviously I’m not w/out one by choice. Felt worse in the evening. I had to go to a different Dr today who prescribed me the appropriate meds.
