We will be coming here for our dot physicals again. Great staff. And quick. Place is very clean. And the all are so nice.

The Doctor was so caring.  The staff very helpful.  Just one thing when you are in a wheelchair you can not see the receptionist that was uncomfortable she was asking questions behind her computer

Easy check in. Friendly staff.  Took very good care of my wounds from an accident.  Highly recommend

i had an appointment at 5. i was finally in the room waiting at around 6. it was freezing in there. finally saw the doctor at 6:20. asked if blood test would cost extra money as opposed to just vaginal swab for std testing. doc said she would check, and next thing i know she doesn’t come back, but instead someone else just comes and takes my blood. doctor didn’t acknowledge my other symptoms either and didn’t explain the medication. two walk ins went in before i did even though i had an appointment and rushed to get there. lady at the front wasn’t rude but also wasn’t very hospitable. not a great experience. also not much patient doctor interaction. no tissues in the room. and vaginal swab instructions on the wall said to put the swab in a vial but i wasn’t given one so i just put it back into the packaging. didn’t get a time line for my results either

The online scheduling system was very easy to do and it even sends you a text to confirm or reschedule your appointment via text link. The wait was longer than I anticipated, not so much in the main lobby, but the wait in the private room. At least have cushioned seats in there. The staff was professional and friendly and the level of care was better than other competing urgent care clinics I've visited in the past. I would recommend the provider.

Was able to get a same day appointment at a convenient time. Staff was pleasant and thorough. Basically a good experience.

The waiters longer than expected having an appointment.  When practitioner was done, he told us to wait while he typed up the paperwork.  15 minutes later I go out to ask when he was going to be done, and they told me it’s been done for awhile, and go to the front desk.   All in all, the consult took an hour and 30 minutes.

Visit went great. All staff was friendly and very helpful. I walked in with two sick toddlers and they were very caring.
