First time meeting and seeing Dr Smith at nextcare.  She was amazing, warm and to the point with my care which I appreciate! Going in for a particular ailment and it being addressed with both quickness and amazing bedside manner. Her medical assistant (I didn’t get his name) was so sweet and friendly too!  It was by far the best experience I e ever had at NextCare.

So I come it because my tonsils are swollen and it hurts like hell then she checks it out and says well just have tonsil stones just go pluck them out when I came there for care and spent 160 on the care just for her to say suck it up and fix it yourself, she was very unprofessional as well with an instant attitude as soon as she came through the door. I would highly un recommend this place.

The nurse did not diagnose my daughter correctly. She looked at her ears, nose and throat and missed a ear infection. I had to go to minute clinic the next day because she has an ear infection that should have been diagnosed yesterday. Needless to say, won’t be going back to this location.
