This is the only urgent care my family and I use. They are always quick and attentive, never had a bad experience here.

Walked in after I got out of work and with short staff was seen within 20 minutes. Associate taking care of the reception area was courteous and had great customer service. Nurse practitioner Laura Ahumada was fantastic and caring and easy on the eyes. Felt terrible all day and left feeling better with the service that was provided.

I was recommended this location on Old Spanish trail by a friend. The front desk staff could be better and we were not alerted that we needed to check out before leaving. However, the nurse practitioner was stellar! The ease of online scheduling for an appt was easy. I would recommend this location to anyone.

My husband was able to schedule an appointment with ease and when it came time for check it, it was all covered. Though we were visibly concerned with our medical condition, staff was able to help care for us by providing excellent support, communication, and assistance. Though wait times were long, a common experience an emergency facility, I will continue to come back.

I went yesterday with a abdominal pain they were so nice with me doctor she is so nice I love her treatment she is a very good doctor they were so nice since I get in till I get out thank you so much to theme the doctor send me to the Saint Joseph hospital where they treat me very good too so I have to thank them too they treat me like a queen thank you so much to all of them and because of that I feel better I'm very happy God bless them

3 visits in a week, 3 different diagnostics and treatments. At the end ñ, the last provider said, go to visit your PCO.

Naomi Maakestad, FNP was very knowledgeable professional who assessed my problem and gave excellent advice. Much appreciated. Med assistant, Nathan was very friendly and professional, putting me at ease.

I scheduled the first appt of the day but didn’t get called back till 15 minutes after I was scheduled. Next time I will just schedule later. Also FNP was talking about medication above my level of understanding. I don’t know medications and especially abbreviations.  Maybe talk more to the patients level. But other than those issues my care was good and I was helped.

My experience at the urgent care facility was great. The staff, including the doctor and physician's assistant, were incredibly kind. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough care. I felt well taken care of throughout my visit. Highly recommend this team!

Great place but had to go across town to get an xray with an hour left till they close them drive back across town to my house that's up the street all because they don't do xrays anymore but didn't say anything before checking me in. So instead I went across the street and got xray and was home in bed within 30 min instead of 2.5 hrs. I'm sorry that's not right.
