NextCare Urgent Care, Tucson (N Oracle Rd)

Flew in town for an interview . Developed a bad eye infection. Found your office from a referral from CVS Pharmacist across the street . Was prepared to pay out of pocket but your receptionist help me and my insurance in CA covered it. Saved me a bunch of money . She was amazing and super kind and obviously helpful . The nurse who say me was awesome as well very kind very empathetic and made sure I was good with the diagnosis. She sent over the prescription and I was in and out in 5 min.  Thank you for being there when I needed you.

I went I for STD test, blood and urine. I understand the blood tests will take longer for results to be ready but I thought the urine tests would have test results available quicker and at same time or test, before I left. This time there was or isn't any results ready at all?

Old Spanish trail location.... called prior to heading to the clinic to confirm, there was personnel there to do a UDS.... and was told there was...... got to the clinic, and turns out there was no one there qualified or whatever to do a drug screen, so had to drive 45 minutes across town to oracle clinic where those folks are 10/10 ..... room for improvement on old Spanish trail.

I went walk-in to check if I have neumonía. The attention was great. Congratulations.

I visited the urgent care because my 10-month-old daughter was struggling to breathe. She had a fever and was in immense discomfort. I had scheduled an appointment, and we waited for 45 minutes past our time slot, only to be disappointed with the level of care. He didn’t even ask me to remove her from her car seat before barely examining her ears and diagnosing her with an ear infection. I was shocked that this was all he was going to do. I inquired about the connection between her ear infection and her breathing difficulties, and he mentioned that she needed suctioning four times a day. I then followed up with her pediatrician today and was told her ears are fine, no infection! And she has crackling in her lungs which he would’ve known had he examined her. He walked into the room and didn’t ask a question just checked the outside of her ear. It was a complete waste of time. Very disappointed.

Appointment available right away. Receptionist friendly and helpful.  Liked the PA.  Friendly and to the point.  Took care of my needs. X-rays and hand brace and away I went.  Received follow up call  about the radiologist findings. Would definitely recommend this office.

Everything was great, except for the room was dirty

Visit was for an employment related drug screen. Scheduled online easily and confirmation text & email was received quickly. Appt reminders received but not excessive. Check in was simple and staff was very friendly and helpful. I give them a 5 out of 5 stars.

I arrived early to complete the paperwork requested.  Upon arrival I was told the care provider hadn’t arrived yet.  She was about 45 minutes late by what I observed.  What was really disturbing is the manner in which she spoke to me.  I was expelling black flakes and small puddles of dark, thicker than normal mucus that I didn’t know it was.  From what I found on the internet, it sounded pretty alarming to me and the advice provided by AI and articles I read online indicated I should seek medical attention.  The care giver initially responded with an answer to my concern was that it was probably something out of my mouth… I had images displaying that what I was spitting out crossed over more than one day.  It was offensive— I was looking for help.  I didn’t realize I came to the wrong place for assistance.  She then sent me to another place where I could find a doctor who could better address my concerns, however that place hadn’t yet opened for business (still unpacking and not operating yet to see patients.  This caregiver did assist in providing me with two of the prescriptions for blood pressure medication that I needed refilled (30 day supply) which I did appreciate.  But being dismissive of my concerns about expelling black muck in my thicker than normal mucus and saying initially that it probably came from my mouth was highly inappropriate.  I would not recommend NextCare to anybody based on my experience.
