The staff was really great. However, there was a coffee cup left in the room I was put in. It makes me question the cleanliness.

I have two daughters and only one of thems medication was sent to the pharmacy and I couldn’t get a hold of urgent care to send the other because they had closed. Now I have to wait until tomorrow or maybe Monday and watch my daughter suffer allergies without relief :(

Wait time was very long. Staff was unfriendly and uncommunicative. Facility was hot and had a dead cockroach in the waiting room floor where we had to sit because there were not enough chairs.

The wait times are way too high. I had an appointment and wasn't seen for almost 2 hours and then about another hour after that i finally was able to leave

I've been there twice the first time I was seen the practitioner asked me to take a picture of her phone for someone that she recommended I go to for dermatology that was her idea of a referral she googled someone and had me take a picture of her phone so I had the person's information she didn't even look at me and said I had psoriasis on my face without even really looking at it she didn't even have me take off my mask to see it the second time I went in I called the head and both times by the way I called the head and set my place in line the first time I waited three and a half hours the second time I waited an hour just to get to the back and then I left totally not happy with the service provided or lack thereof

Okay visit. Staff seemed like they had better things to be doing than wasting their time with me. The person checking vitals seemed very irritated with having to talk with patients. Sorry you don’t like your job maybe? But also it’s not my job to keep you happy. It was literally your job to ask me questions and you didn’t seem like you wanted to listen to any of my answers. Doctor seemed like she was trying to get done with me asap. I tried to get her to explain medication options but it was very quick and I still am not entirely sure I chose the best option from her recommendation because of how fast she was explaining things.

I booked an appointment online and had to wait 2.5 hours behind those that either walked in or had also booked an appointment online, before being seen. In the end, the providers at this facility could not provide me with the care I requested and advised in online booking and I would have loved to be informed that such services cannot be provided before being charged $30 copay. Worst service ever and big waste of everyone's time, energy and money.
