I was not able to get in with my PCP, so I made an appointment at Next care urgent care. The only thing I was disappointed on this visit was that the provider I saw was not able to give me a referral for Physical Therapy. I know that this PT is essential to my recovery. I can't get in to see my provider for 2 weeks, mean while I'm still in pain.

This urgent care was so great they did a wonderful job of helping me and my family when we came into the office

Check in time was horrible but I think it was due to the receptionist mixing my information up with the patient after me which was very unsettling because she knew so much about me just from the conversation she had with the receptionist.. she got on the phone with her husband and started mentioning my full name which made me worry about how much she knew about me when I have never seen this lady in my life and when I went to the receptionist he stated “oh that was you” and proceeded to tell me how the system somehow merged my information together with her information and he couldn’t figure out what happened but kept saying he “fixed it” I seem to think because my older  child has the same name as her child (which is listed on my insurance card) he got confused but still unprofessional because she mentioned to him a few times she had access and they look it up even provided the access number! What was even worse is that after everything was said and done he peeked over to the other lady and told her he was able to verify her insurance finally without even mentioning he just made a mistake! Will not be returning to this location

My wife woke up with a major ear, irritation and she advised me to take her to our favorite urgent care facility, which is located on Valencia Road the service there is amazing, easy check-in. Staff is amazing and no really long weights at all.

Everyone was great the wait was long but not there fault they had someone that day go to the hospital.I think it was becouse they had high blood pressure.So that was understandable that it took longer to get me in.everyone was great.

I waited 2.5 hours and it wasn’t very busy. As I was waiting the front office staff were talking about other staff on how they were not good at their job. They were using vulgar language while their was patients and it was quiet. It made the wait longer and uncomfortable. There was many people gossiping and not doing their job, that’s why I feel I waited forever. No professional, I won’t be coming back.

Provider diagnosed me with eczema, but offered no prescriptions to eliviate my painful symptoms even though she was told that over-the-counter creams have not worked for a month and a half. Only told me to take baths and try a particular lotion and another over-the-counter cream. She didn't even say that I should seek further treatment from a dermatologist or at least see my PCP. I think they are just in business to collect co-pays.

Very easy to schedule. Staff was pleasant and professional. Office was clean. Pleasant visit. Would recommend.

Visit went well, wait time was a little long even though I made an appointment. I also never received my meds they were supposed to send prescription to Walgreens and still haven’t gotten it
