Was seen quickly, the ancillary staff were all very nice. The provider that handled our care was unpleasant and clearly didn’t have a lot of practical experience. She claimed a deep laceration only needed a steri strip, but I ended up having to be seen elsewhere and required 4 sutures to close an area of frequent use on the hand. She didn’t fully assess the depth of the cut, only stating to stop moving the appendage as it was only making things worse (ie making the wound gape open and bleed). Which should be your first clue that the laceration is in a place that requires stabilizing sutures. Very unhappy that I had to pay almost $100 to be brushed off with a piece of tape.

Went in for flu treatment. Check in process was easy. After getting called back I waited in a room for 1 hour before anyone came in to see me. Next, the X ray person had gone home for the day so I had to drive 30 mins across town that same night or else I would have to pay for a seperate visit when the x ray person was back. The PA calls me when I’m finally home after 4 total hours of waiting/driving only to tell me that the file wouldn’t pull up and she can’t tell if I have pneumonia or not. Overall terrible experience

This is one of the best urgent cares I've ever been to. The front office staff was so helpful, respectful and friendly. I was seen very soon after arrival. I have no insurance so the front office staff helped me set up on their medical plan making it a much more affordable visit. The nurse practitioner I saw was very thorough and knowledgeable. Office was very clean. 10 out of 10 🥰

Online scheduling was easy - but yhe wait in office was ridiculous. The front desk lady said they were "a little behind", which turned out to be over an hour behind. My main complaint wasn't addressed at all at the appointment nor in the discharge instructions. The staff made it seem like the patients were all an inconvenience to them, will never go back unless it is my only option.

Great care workers they really did show concerns for me and wanted what was best and supported my wishes and decisions.

FNP ROMINA was fantastic in diagnosing problem. I appreciate her recommendations for diet, using ginger, etc. I have been very careful in following her directions! She is great with bedside manner!

Check in was simple and the staff member was very nice. Once inside, the whole staff took great care of me.
