Woke up with a sore shoulder and had a difficult time sleeping. I need it a stronger medication. The nurse practitioner provided a stronger anti-inflammatory medication along with some helpful hints. The team was very professional and friendly.

I went in without an appointment. Next time I will get an appointment first because sitting and waiting not comfortable. Staff was nice, but there were a lot of sick people waiting to get in so it took a while. Once I got in, Doctor was very nice. She was Friendly and recommended an over-the-counter medicine that I think will be very helpful. My test results came back negative for flu. I appreciate her Recommendations and went to Walgreens right away. I never heard of Mucinex DM treatment before, but I think it will really help me. I would recommend your urgent care.

I called ahead to ask if I should schedule an appointment. I was told that the wait time for both walk ins & appointments were the same. So against my best judgment I drove there as a walk in.  During the 2 hours I waited I realized quickly that for every 4 appointments called back they would call back one walk in.  Due to being understaffed they could only call a patient back every 15 minutes. But that’s how close the appointments were scheduled. I was able to view the waitlist after checking in on my phone & saw the patients ahead of me. Upon checking in there were 2 walks in ahead of me & one appointment but as I waited more appointments came in & they were all seen relatively on time but the problem is the office doesn’t allow enough time in between those to see walk ins. I waited 1.5 hours in the wait room & 30 minutes in the private room.  After my appointment (took 3 minutes to check & discuss my pink eye) I continued to wait in the lobby again for my printed prescription for 45 min.  My suggestion is to be honest with the patients. If you prioritize appointments please relay that to everyone. Explain that you will not be seen quickly if you’re a walk in. To expect a 3 hour wait in total. The desk clerk needs to understand that it is not the same wait time if you make walk ins wait till there is no appointments currently waiting in the lobby.  Or you could change the scheduling to balance out & accommodate both.  For instance only have the ability to schedule appointments every 30 min which would allow a walk in to be seen in between.  It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that if you’re 1) understaffed 2) only seeing a patient every 15 min 3) you scheduled appointments every 10 minutes 4) you have more walks ins than appointments…. Then you should know that wait time is not equal.  Just be honest to patients & do better at scheduling.  Please allow enough time to see walk ins. No one should have to wait that long for a 3 min visit.

Walked into clinic asked if they’d be able to see me they said “we have to see everybody that walks in”. It was said very sarcastic. I continue to wait despite them saying only two people were ahead of me. I ended up waiting over an hour and a half then another 35 minutes in a room all to be told that there is no x-ray technician that can give me an accurate x-ray of my hand injury. I was then told to drive across town quickly and order for an x-ray to be done that night so I drove across town got into the parking lot to be receiving a call from that office that I should’ve never been sent there, because their x-ray technician already left for the day and the first urgent care site that received me should’ve told me that. This whole miscommunication was so unprofessional meanwhile, I was in pain. When asked for my check out papers I was then told that the nurse practitioner hadn’t completed them yet and I needed to wait additional time. I was also told since I didn’t get the x-ray done that night that I would have to come back another day pay another urgent fee and hope that there was an on staff x-ray technician that can do my x-ray. I was then sent to a 3rd clinic 20 minutes away. It was at this final clinic that my  X-ray was completed. By this time, it was already five hours later and now I still didn’t have a result. I was still in pain and my pharmacy was already closed so any pain meds I would have to wait until the next day. I don’t think I’ll be returning to this urgent care anytime soon nor will I refer any of my family or friends to it as well. This was very discouraging, especially when you do not feel well. Finally none of the these clinics would give me any check out papers to disclose what I was being treated for. Now I fear I will receive a bill without ever, knowing what my diagnosis was nothing was resolved.

I go here for all my immediate needs when I’m feeling unwell. It’s impossible to get a quick appointment with my pcp. The staff are always friendly and efficient. They are attentive, listen, and are efficient.

I booked an online appointment for 1:20 for my daughter, staffing must have been scarce, because our visit with an appointment was over two hours. Everyone was friendly and professional, so no complaints to the team doing the best they can with what they got. Being understaffed greatly affects the service, and scheduling an appointment with that long of a wait isn’t efficient and is counterproductive to the whole concept of appointments versus walk-ins. Please take care of your staff members and elevate service providers during peak sick seasons.

Checking in was easy. I did feel like the provider was in a hurry to get out of the room. I feel like that could have been better.
