I am very appreciative of the care from all the staff during my visit and x-ray procedure. The med provider explained my x-ray results clearly, and provided recommendations about how to care for my injured toe/foot through the healing process.

Nurse Practitioner was great, but the person at check-in made me feel unwelcome. I was not greeted or even acknowledged when I arrived, even though there was no one else there. During check-in, I felt like I was interrupting something. I did note they had a Bible open on the counter, and that I may have been interrupting their reading. I dont feel like my concern was adequately heard as all that was done was urine cultures. I understand that imaging cannot be done there, but it seems like I should have-and will- bypass urgent care all together going forward.

Made the appointment the day before going in,because the day I wanted did not have an x ray technician. When I arrived I inquired to confirm there was an X-ray technician. Yes, there was, but I was not told the x. Ray machine wasn't working. In fact, it had been broken since the week before. This was the only reason for my visit to get an x. Ray, so I'm very disappointed that I spent the time and money ($55), and did not get the diagnostic info I wanted. Not a positive experience!

Wasn't able to do any labs at this location. It cost e $50 for the NP to shrug her shoulders and tell me there wasn't anything more she could do for me even though if she could she would have done labs. What was the point?

I was in and out within an hour. I didnt have an appointment. The MA and NP were very nice and knowledgeable. I have been using this urgent care center for many years!

The guy who took my vitals (purple scrubs, I didn't get his name) was one of the rudest people I've ever interacted with. I was shocked at his unnecessary condescension and overheard him being rude to another patient through the wall. No idea what his problem was, but I would not come back, knowing he was still there.

Was a wonderful and quick visit would use them again.

Arrived as a walkin, was immediately greeted and given paperwork to complete. Short wait time before being taken to exam room for vitals and quick synopsis of visit. Was seen by NP almost immediately, examined and given thorough instructions. Everyone was friendly and courteous, very pleasant experience. Will definitely be using them again!!

I love next care Everyone is always so friendly.  When I schedule an appointment, it’s always so easy. I always get in and out so quickly and they take care of all my needs so thank you very much.
