Front staff Rebecca was very kind and made me feel comfortable. Also very helpful with my insurance issue. Dr was great and helpful!

The fact that this place is called Urgent Care is a Shakespearean irony because they are neither Urgent nor do they Care l've gone here for 3 years purely out of the convenience aspect and every single time I've wished I'd gone somewhere else Looking past them messing up simple things like giving me an inadequate dosage for a steroid, sending a prescription to a pharmacy in Phoenix, or being impossible to reach on the phone to sort these issues out. The staff here is just plain rude. Don't get me wrong some of them are nice enough and I'm not expecting a fake smile with a "Good morning!" but every time I've walked in here they've treated me like my presence alone has ruined their morning. I have no idea how their reviews are so good considering every single person I know thats been here has had the same issues. My advice: If you need anything that a really smart dog couldn't do, take your problems to a different healthcare provider

walked in, waited 20 minutes past an appointment, paid 300 dollars to get told “yeah we dont do that go somewhere else”. hard pass.

The doctor that I got named Leidy she was very kind but did not know what she was doing. She prescribed me the wrong meds and I could not get a refund. Therefore, I will not be returning

The person who actually treated me was great and treated me with practiced efficiency. However, the person who took my vitals before the actual treatment was not great. I felt judged and it was just a weird interaction overall. For example, instead of asking “what’s your weight?” he asked “how heavy are you?” It just didn’t feel professional.

My visit was Fast, efficient and friendly! 10/10 :)

Receptionist was on the phone with someone and weezing laughing every 10 Minutes while I waited, anytime someone came in she was short with them And audibly annoyed when someone came in for an appointment. She honestly ruined the whole stay- she’s adding to the mean receptionist stereotype.

The nurse drawing my blood while wearing a singular glove, purposely tore off the index finger for bare contact to find my vein. That made me uncomfortable as it's not safe and sanitary for both patient and the nurse.

Had an ongoing sinus infection. Came in to try to get some relief. Scheduled online and it was easy enough that they text me to let me know to start heading to the location. Once there I didn’t have to fill out any paperwork, just notified them who I was. Was asked to pay my co-pay and to have a seat. While waiting, I was looking around and noticed that there is quite a few spiderwebs in the lights and a long the reception desk, especially behind the red plexi. There are an awful light of computer generated signs that are taped everywhere and starting to rip. Once called the associate that helped me was very kind and was nice to speak with. Took my vitals and escorted me to a room. Waited about five minutes for the PAC to arrive and she asked the normal questions was told that I had a viral sinus problem. I asked about a work notice since I was out of work for more than a few days. She said that she could write one up for me for the times that I missed. I feel the treatment was great and she informed me of a lot of good things to do to help believe the symptoms of my sinuses. I’m already starting to feel better due to those. Once we left, she told us that we didn’t have to wait for any processing since there was no prescriptions to be done. We ended up waiting because we wanted to get the Work note so the receptionist informed us that they couldn’t write a work note but for one single day. I feel everyone in the office should know what could be done versus saying what will be done. Other than being upset about the note and the cleanliness of the front area I think next car is great.
