I was seen right away since I had made an appointment so that was awesome! Dr. Clouse and his nurse were amazing. I came in with some severe back pain, was able to return to work the next day, and their bedside manners were amazing. 10/10.

I brought my son in for check up on his shoulder , the doctor was very rude , we sat in the room for a hour before being seen and it was no other patients there , a male nurse came to do an xray on my son I didn’t get to see what was going on never got anything for his pain no diagnosis and we waited another hour after they told me I could leave and I would recieve a call about his results and never heard anything ! I was very displeased I won’t be back . They need to be more Better in how they handle patients wanting to be seen cause my son is still in pain with no resolution to what’s causing it

Had a red area on my lower leg went to Your facility and was treated very quickly.The whole process was easy to go through

Everything was great. Still waiting for an hour at the maize place just to get xray today. Not good experience.

Horrible, I will never take my child back. Check in was horrible, then we waited over an hour! The place wasn’t even packed, the lady at the front office didn’t seem like she know what she was doing because she was moving so slow! The doctor who saw my son wasn’t even in the room with us for 5 minutes before she rushed us out. I tried asking questions and she rolled her eyes and told me I needed to make an appointment with our primary doctor, I told her our primary doctor sent us here. She repeated herself again, saying we need to reach out to our primary doctor. I told her that I’ll need a doctor’s note for school she said she will type one out. We waited in lobby after the appointment for 30 minutes for the doctor’s note!! 30 minutes! I finally went up to the counter to ask the poorly trained receptionist if the doctors note was ready and she said “oh yeah. Here you go.”

The clerk was very nice and helpful. The nurse was very nice and helpful. The doctor was a smart outlet. It takes way too long to be seen. It doesn’t matter if you are on time or late you still have to wait an hour to be seen so if you have an appointment at 9 o’clock, you will not be seen until 10 o’clock to 950. I feel like that is very unacceptable and very unprofessional. The doctor needs to be more friendly and less caddy because the way that she talks to people if I was another person, they probably would’ve been off on her.

Made an appointment for 5:05 pm. Didn’t get called back until almost 6:30. Nurse that checked me in, Mia, did a phenomenal job. She was alone and overworked. She still was friendly and conversational. Hire more people and do better with appointments or take them away.

registered online for a physical and came in and they made me refill out all my info and then it took a long time. Came in at 10:10 and left at 11:30

It was a waste of money all the doctor said was go to the ER of course it was probably the end of her shift but she didn't help at all

I have utilized services at NextCare Urgent Care on Seneca Street on several occasions for different health issues. Each time has been a positive experience in all aspects. I will continue using this location for any further health concerns.
