Scheduled an appointment and was able to get right in. I just feel like the provider was not hearing my concerns and basically ignored what I had to say. I paid more than I thought I would for me to do everything for the visit and be told basically what I thought was wrong was incorrect and to wait on results.

Scheduling the appointment online was easy. Wait time was good and the front desk staff was friendly. Very clean facility. The provider did not offer much up front help with my issues, though; if I didn’t know the right questions to ask, I would have felt very much in the dark as to how to care for myself. I was actually making suggestions to her about what I should do because she didn’t offer any substantive suggestions without me asking. It was an awkward exchange and one I didn’t have a lot of energy for because I felt so sick.
