I set an appt and got in almost right on time.  An emergency came up in the building and EMS had to be called.   I ended up in my examine room for one and forty five minutes.  While I do understand those things happen, no one ever came to my room and let me know they were running behind and why.  The PA told me when she finally came in.  I thot I had been forgotten.  I think when wait times in an examine room are more than 30 minutes someone should at least check on you and let you have some idea when to expect to see the PA and explain there was an emergency.   The provider herself was excellent and apologized for the wait.

I was able to book an appointment within two hours. It was very busy time, but they were still able to get me in within 10 minutes of my scheduled appointment time the staff was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed.

Check-in was easy and quick.  Little wait time even without an appt.  PA was great!

Visit in all was great. PA and front desk were very friendly and helpful. Nurse was short tempered and impatient with elderly.

Went to this location because it says xrays on the website and that's what I wanted for my foot. I get in they ask questions about my foot. See the Dr only for her to tell me the xray machine tech was not there today. So a waste of $65 copay and a couple of hours from making the online appointment, filling out paperwork and actually going in. Had they have something posted at check in or someone say there's no xrays wouldnt feel like they just wanted the money.

Wonderful experience I don’t live close to this particular building but I just happened to go to this particular one. If I ever need their services I will definitely drive out of my way to come to this particular location

Staff all  seamed over worked and not engaging at all. Not good customer service, didn’t get the feeling any of them wanted to be there or had the desire to work.  From the front desk, vital check person and even to the doctor/PA.

I had a fall and a skin tear that needed to be looked at. They cleaned it and placed steri strips and bandages.
