I went in for a sore throat and got swabbed for a couple different tests. After a little wait, doctor comes into the room without even knocking and immediately starts telling me what to do after I start taking my amoxicillin. After about 30 seconds of her rambling and not even making eye contact I had to ask her "oh so I do have strep?" to which she responded yes. She was probably in the room for a total of 2 minutes and I felt like I was being rushed out.

Had an upper respiratory problem, booked the appointment easily and the doc and nurse took good care of me. I highly recommend Nexcare for minor emergencies. Good people!

I was very disappointed with my experience at this clinic. When you’re sick, you already feel weak and vulnerable, and unfortunately, I did not feel that I was treated with the level of care or compassion I expected. The evaluation felt extremely brief compared with other urgent care experiences I’ve had. I was given a shot for nausea, but nothing was offered or even suggested for the painful body aches I was experiencing. I was honestly surprised that I had to ask whether something as simple as Tylenol could be taken or recommended for the pain. I had to ask additional questions because I felt that my concerns were not being adequately addressed. The nurse’s bedside manner was also particularly disappointing. When she took me to the bathroom to provide a urine sample, I found her demeanor to be extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. I was already feeling ill and uncomfortable, and her attitude only added to that discomfort. When she returned to my room, both my mother and I were taken aback by the way she interacted with us. The only friendly nurse there was the one who checked my vitals, she came to my room to offer if I needed anything and came back with water and ice bags for my aches. Unfortunately, the overall experience left me feeling as though my concerns were not heard or that much care was given to my comfort. Considering the cost of the visit, I left feeling that I had not received the level of care I paid for. I have never experienced this type of professionalism in a healthcare setting before, and I sincerely hope the clinic takes this feedback seriously. Patients who come in feeling sick and vulnerable deserve to be treated with kindness, respect, and compassion.

Used the restroom. there were no paper towels or any other way to dry hands  Told the receptionist. She said she knew that they were on backorder. I would think  You would find a way to get some towels in there.

We were seen fairly quickly and the staff friendliness was exceptional! The receptionist made checking in a breeze, we had Mike as our MA and he made sure my son was well taken care of during his whole visit especially X-ray, which was scary for him. Provider was sweet and listened to our concerns. They communicated wait times and answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this clinic!

I walked I. There were six people in front of me.  There was a lady with two kids in the waiting room.  They were very disrespectful to the rest waiting.  Very loud, running, screaming, banging on the the exam room door, jumping off furniture that was a bit much! Other than that and an almost two hour in and out time the visit was good

I lost my voice a few days ago and it was fine with that and then I had an earache that felt like my ear was going to explode. To be quite honest! So I knew I could check in on the app and that was very handy. I checked in on the app and did all the paperwork at about 14:30. Made an appointment for 15:35. I was able to see the doctor around 17:00. Her care was professional, fast, kind, and effective. She ordered my meds immediately, and they were ready by the time I got to the pharmacy in 15 minutes. She did a great job telling me the information.  I know the wait time was not on them at all. It was a Sunday and didn’t seem like there was many people there to cover.  Would definitely recommend this provider.
