Went in for a cough and severe eczema flare up on face/scalp. Was able to get in relatively quickly. The nurse was great, and more helpful than the doctor. The doctor did not even introduce themselves, did not examine the affected areas, and was very quick to get in and out. The nurse offered advice on how to manage my scalp eczema and was the one that actually administered the steroid shot.

My second time to use this location. Easy to make appointment online and to fill out forms. Staff friendly and kind and efficient Diagnosed my situation and discussed treatment options. I opted for an injection onsite and that went well. Prescriptions were submitted. My pharmacy noted that there was missing info for one item that needed physician response. They called but did not receive when I stopped to pick up other items so I just paid full price w/o submission to insurance as I was not feeling well and wanted to get started.

I have been to this center now twice and the care is great! Thank you.

I felt dismissed by the provider. My needs were not met and I wasted my time and money to be seen and not actually heard.

The Solv scheduling app online reset my information 3 times. I got very frustrated having to re-enter the information, which resulted in me not getting the 8:00 reserve time that was available when I started making the online appointment. By the time the app successfully let me book an appointment my earliest available option was an hour later at 9:00 AM instead of the 8:00 AM slot I was trying to reserve. Otherwise, great experience, courteous and professional care.

Went in for pouson ivy rash. Wait time was about 35 minutes which is pretty standard. Staff was friendly and attentive. All questions were answered and medication ordered. Would recommend.

Very professional and warm. All staff were respectful and kind.

Impersonal greeting made more isolating with phone-based conversation and paperwork. Waited over an hour for triage. Another hour for a 5 minute visit from medical staff to send us to another facility. Conversation filled with “maybe” and “could be” and “might” without clear direction. Facility was somewhat clean but lacked hygiene routine for staff: sanitizer in, sanitizer out; gloves; cover paper for patient bed; stained seating. Would absolutely not recommend.

i hated it. they had no people in the waiting room and it’s took me 30 mins just to get seen. it’s awful
