My booking was fast and accurate but the waiting was bad an hour and 45 min waiting to be called and I had booked an appointment so this experience was terrible fearing my son would vomit while waiting

Provider came in said hello asked me what was wrong took 1 min to look at me sent in a prescription that I’m clearly allergic to as they asked me my allergies and wrote them down. Sent me on my way. Didn’t even ask how long this has been going on or anything. Now I’m going to have to be seen again somewhere else to see what’s wrong. Not happy

Everything was top notch. The whole process was fast, smooth, and everyone that worked there was very nice and professional. Would highly recommend!

Went in due to my 8 yr old daughter having UTI symptoms the DR who saw my daughter treated us with the up most respect and care my daughter felt safe to discuss her symptoms. Thank you! I would definitely recommend

Maybe don’t let a mother and sick child sit in a back room waiting to be seen for an hour, and have no one even say anything or act like they care when you walk up to the desk to let them know your leaving because no one’s come in to see you. I literally just got stared at. Not one word was said. No apology, or hold on we will be right there. Nothing! Now I have to wait till monday for my son who has an ear ache to see his doctor. The staff that work there are completely rude every time we go, but this is the first time I’ve been actually ignored. We will never be back!

Pre employment drug screen.  Staff said hello the second I walked in.  Staff whondid the urine and blood very kind

The receptionist was very helpful but I was very disappointed in the way my son's care was handled. It took us 6 hours for the Dr to get the Rx correct so it could be filled. He wrote the wrong name on the Rx so it couldn't be filled I called 3 times to get it corrected after waiting for almost 5 hours we drove all the way back to the clinic where the young lady helped us by getting us a written Rx with the correct name on it . I find this unacceptable since you give them your ID when you sign in . It makes me wonder if he has made this mistake before. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone else.

1 Reception staff was rude, took a long time to be seen even scheduled at 8am wasn't seen till 9:30am. Other then that it was good quality medical care. Don't know if I would recommend this place besides if you have no other options.

Had to do a walk in. Wait time was about an hour and a half but they were very friendly and kept me up to date on timing. Overall, a great experience considering I had to walk in and didn’t have an appointment. Would go back and would recommend.

I woke up the next day feeling worse, not sure if the meds are helping. The visit was fine but I felt like I was just a number, I’m sure that wasn’t there fault I was the one not feeling good.
