I woke up and I had a blood red eye and I waited a couple days and then I found out about this amazing Urgent Care place Northern Nevada because my doctor works at Northern Nevada so I looked him up and I went down there and I didn't have to wait long at all the doctor was amazing the staff was great everything was very clean and it was right at the end of Kietzke in that Professional Circle there love love that they are there and they helped me!!!

I walked in after work. The whole process from check in to check out took less than an hour.  It was a fantastic experience.  Sandra was wonderful and Gina was as well.  I have already told many people about my visit being so great.  It was clean organized quick and friendly.   Hope I don’t have to go back, no offense, but if I do I will definitely go there and recommend to all I know!!!! Thank you

The medical assistant was very nice as well as the doctor that saw me however she did not listen to me when I was trying to explain to her the symptoms that I've been suffering from for many years, she talked over me and overlooked my obvious symptoms and said that there were no bug bites when I showed her my sores and the medicine that I was given for what she said was a fungal staff infection is not working. I told her what medicine worked for me in the past but the medicine she gave me is not working at all. If she had given me the medicine that I told her that does work, I would not still be suffering. She was a very nice lady but I feel that she gave me a misdiagnosis. Your clinic is very good, but just this visit could have been better.

Check in was easy wait time was quick. Everything went well. Staff was very friendly.

I can’t believe the efficiency of this location. Sadly, I did not realize it even existed until I went to find a Saint Mary’s urgent care and realized they had all closed. What a great group of people, they were professional, friendly, and knowledable. The ease of setting an appointment was fantastic. Bravo all.

Fast and easy scheduling. Staff was friendly and efficient. One of the cleanest Urgent Care’s I’ve been to. Would highly recommend using this establishment for Urgent Care needs.
