Went hiking in Lake. Tahoe rolled my ankle came into urgent care as soon as I got back home.  I was seen quickly, got the care I needed; great everything.

Woke up with a sore throat early this morning and was able to schedule a 1000 appointment and fill out paperwork online prior to appointment. Staff checking in and being seen was wonderful easy and friendly. There was an issue with the E-script system and I had to go back to the urgent care after waiting over an hour at the CVS. I did call the office to see if there was an issue and there seem to be some miscommunication. I was able to get my meds it just took longer than expected and is just inconvenient when you’re already sick. Overall would recommend going to facility.

Had sore throat for three days. The NP barely looked at it. They did a strep test negative said to just drink warm liquids.  I came home and later I did a Covid test. It was positive. Here it is 2am in the lot no big and my throat is killing me. No one seemed to listen or care. Very disappointed

Saw Dr for earache. Prescribed antibiotic and decongestant already feeling better. Booking appt was easy and I love the short wait time.

The service is always great.  The provider was awesome

My son got sent home from work with a sore throat .I scheduled an appointment as soon as I hurried home from work. The staff was wonderful, check-in was smooth. We walked out with some good care advice and a virus diagnosis. Also a letter for work. Our only uncomfortableness is the $175.00 we had to pay. We don't have insurance. This is a highly exorbitant amount for us. I SO appreciate the fine and professional care my son recieved. We will be sideways 3 or four months because of this unexpected expense. I wish things weren't this way. It is a punishment to get health care. Sad state of affairs.

I’ve been battling a UTI and had to see a doctor today since it has progressed. No worries at all and am now on antibiotics. Thanks again, for wonderful care.

I had a Cough and was not feeling well. I went to the location on Vista and Los Altos. I didn’t know that I could make an appointment but they got me in right away. I don’t remember the name of the doctor but she took her time with me and she must’ve heard something in my chest she didn’t like, she asked me I would get a chest X-ray and I’m glad that I did because I the beginning stages of pneumonia. This location took very good care of me. Thanks to everyone at Northern Nevada urgent care.

Lilly was very nice and kind.  Marie (NP) was not overly friendly and rushed, even though not busy., I’m 79 and it may take me a few minutes to gather my thoughts to make sure I told her everything. She didn’t seem interested.  Too bad, not a great experience when being sick for over a week.

Had a rash from my wrist brace. The staff was very helpful and prescribing the correct medication. Also staff was very nice and professional. I would recommend this facility 100%.
