I brought my 87 year old mother in for a UTI. We we greeted by friendly staff and brought to an exam room. A nurse came in to help us. She was wearing a face mask. This proved to be a problem for us. My mother has significant hearing loss and I am profoundly deaf. We both wear hearing aids and read lips. She spoke softly and quickly; neither of us understood her. I apologized, telling her we didn't hear well and asked her to repeat. Same thing- too softly and quickly. Explaining that we both read lips, I asked her if she could remove her mask. Now: loudly and clearly: "No. I will not remove my mask. I am wearing it for my safety!" Okay then. So, I asked her, "Well, in that case, could someone else please help us?" Without a reply, she turned and stormed out. Her reaction was beyond unacceptable. I'm sure we are not the first, nor will we be the last, patients with hearing difficulties. What was she so angry about? Isn't communication key to proper medical care? Five minutes later, we had help from two wonderful ladies, a nurse and a PA (I wish I had their names!), who both were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. My mother's UTI was diagnosed, and an Rx was provided. And, what made the trip even better... I mentioned my mother's ear being plugged with earwax and asked if they could help us get a referral to an ENT as my mother is a patient of Dr. T's. (Our two previous referrals; the first would not return a call, the second has no openings for 5 months.) The response was, "If you can wait just a few minutes, we can flush that here right now!" And, in about 10 minutes, my mother's ear was flushed and she is hearing so much better. After our appointment, I was able to carry on a conversation with my mother while driving for the first time in months! *That* is the care we've come to know with NNMG. Thank you!

Have had congestion and sinus pressure the last few days. Woke up this morning feeling the same way, was able to get an appointment for the afternoon through the auto appointment set up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will continue to go to this location for urgent care needs and would definitely recommend them as well. Very impressed with how friendly and compassionate they all were

My Dad had canceled a primary care appointment. He has some health issues where he needed to be seen in urgent care. I made an appointment online and easily got him in. All the staff were really great. Jeanna Burke PA-C communicated everything we needed to know and gave us a strong recommendation. He has a Follow Up appointment with his primary provider Jennifer Unruh FNP-C who has taken great care of him. Thank You all

Everything was great from scheduling to checking out. I made the appointment for my mother in law who has Alzheimer’s and sometimes waiting and a visit its self can be challenging. The staff was so kind and understanding. The best part was everyone that we came in contact with, made sure to include my mother in law in the conversation. That kind of attention is priceless. Thank you Lynette at the front desk, Abbie the PA and the med assistant that got her weighted and settled in a room.

I had a bladder infection and was unable to make an appt with my GP. Luckily, I was able to be seen at the walk in. The staff was pleasant and professional. I was treated within 5 minutes. They gave me an RX and sent me home. A very good experience.
