I wish I could give 0 stars b/c 1 star is being overly generous! This office is run by the most incompetent, condescending, & rude group of women I have ever met. I waited 1 year to get in to see & establish care with Dr. Han-Chang. I arrived on time on the day of my appt, & they said their computers told them my appt was a different time (an hour earlier). I said, “That’s incorrect. THIS is my appt time” They then proceeded to blame ME for THEIR mess up!! They claimed that they called me, which they NEVER DID! As irritated as that was, I re-scheduled with the other physician, Dr. Howard. I now waited another 6 months before that appt. My Dr. Howard appt arrived, I fasted (as per my instructions from the office), and AGAIN THEY MESSED UP MY APPT. These women had the audacity to blame me AGAIN for their screw up & lied about contacting me! ONE MISTAKE IS FORGIVABLE, BUT TWO IS PURE INCOMPETENCE!! ADD THAT TO THE GASLIGHTING & BLAMING ME FOR THEIR REPEATED MISTAKES IS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONABLE! I insisted the office manager call me. A young girl said she would pass on the message. I HAVE RECEIVED ZERO CALLS FROM ANY SUPERVISOR/OFFICE MANAGER, AND RECEIVED ZERO APOLOGIES!! Every woman in this office should be fired so that no patient endures what they put me through!!! Only recommend this place to people you hate.
